5. Talk about the mission

Me and him officially settled down and waited patiently for the ramen guy to get our order. Him and his daughter served this couple that was just a few seats away from us until he reached us.

"Hey Kakashi and (y/n), what can I get for ya today?" he was such a sweet man. Though before either of us could answer a familiar childish voice spoke.

"Hey old man! Get I get 3 Miso ramens with extra chasu"*I searched up and this is what he orders usually apparently* That voice was a voice that could never even be forgotten, I know it more than I even know my voice.

"Hey Naruto!" I said excitedly as he sat beside Kakashi, making him the the middle of me and my cousin. He gave me that big bright smile of his.

"Whoa 3 bowls!? Isn't that bad for you" Spoke Kakashi.

"Well usually I get more.. but this time I'll only have one so that 2 of them are for my sensei and cousin!" He was by far my most favorite cousin I've met.

"Ah well thank you very much Naruto" Said Kakashi. "Yup, thanks!" I thanked.

I knew Naruto from a very young age and always treated him like a younger brother. Knowing he was also an Uzumaki made me feel glad I had people related to me like him, people may not see it yet but I can tell he will be a very important person to shinobi history one day. His parents which I had only met a few times were also really cool! I don't have much memory of my childhood now *will explain why later* but even if I did I won't be allowed to tell Naruto anything, Lord Fourth just said so with no reasoning but I couldn't disobey.

"Here you go kids" He said and placed the ramen in front of all 3 of us. It was steaming hot to I decided to wait a bit so I don't burn my tongue off and clearly Kakashi was doing the same. I didn't want to waste this time I had with Kakashi alone so I had to think of a long lasting and interesting topic.

"Have you gotten anymore news about the mission your going on?" He took the words right out my mouth! I was going to ask about the mission but oh well.

"Nope not at all. Do you know anything about it? It seems to be very important."

"Lord Third just informed me that I was originally suppose to go but I have to train with team 7 so he put you in charge. There will also be another ninja from the leaf but he'll be undercover and will also have an ANBU mask on, therefor you won't be able to see him anyways. I don't know why it's such a secretive mission to the point where you can't even see who your working with, but also, your goal will be to capture a man that steals peoples body parts and attaches it to himself to make himself stronger. Sounds like Orochimaru but it's not."

"I see. Well it does indeed sound like that crazy snake pedo but hopefully this other 'ANBU' person will be helpful. I'm gonna guess that my comrade has something to do with the villain since their so hidden instead of me but I guess I'll find out.

"Smart as always" I wish I could've seen what his face was under that mask when he said that, he was either smiling her smirking due to his face structure.

"Well I'm done my ramen, I'll see you two around. Bye Kakashi sensei, bye (Y/N)!" Naruto said as he ran off.

"Well I thought he would've at least payed for all of the food but okay" I mumbled.

Kakashi chuckled. "Well that's Naruto for you". We both finished our food while talking about some normal stuff and having nice conversations.

"Oh and by the way, I already payed for the food" He said with his signature closed eyes smile right before Ayame was about to take our bowls away. "Huh!? When?" I was confused. "While you were eating".

"Damn you really are sneaky" I said as I stood up. "I guess I just know you that well" he replied with. I giggled, he honestly wasn't wrong.

"Well it'll only be right if I walk you home sooo lead the way" I blushed as he said that, trying to cover it.

"You don't have to you know" Thank god I didn't stutter.

"Nuh-uh".

"Fineee. Well then, come on" I grabbed his hand as we walked. I didn't mean to grab his hand, it sort of just happened but I surprisingly didn't regret it since Kakashi also held my hand securely. We talked and laughed until we finally reached where I lived. As I let go of the hand I said "Well here we are. I'll see you tomorrow and thanks for the food and everything."

"No problem, make sure you stay safe on that mission" he smiled.

"Will do." I smiled back.

"Bye (Y/N)"

"Bye Kashi" SHIT I DIDN'T MEAN TO SAY KASHI. I started panicking a bit until he just walked away normally as if he didn't mind it. What a relief that was.
