Charm (Shisui X reader)

6. Hokage

I walked thru the village of the Leaf, as well as greeting some familiar faces and eventually I made it to Lord 3rd's office. I stopped at the door as I heard a conversation going on and decided it would be best to not interrupt. 

"This mask will have to do" I heard the old man say.

"Awww but it's so uglyyyyy" I heard another man say/whine about.

"This mission isn't about looks, therefor your stuck with this for literally just one day." Spoke 3rd once again. He had calmness in his voice as I thought he had dealt with this person before. 

"Ugh fine" The other male spoke. I thought this would be the end of the conversation so I knocked at the door. "Come in" I heard him say and with that I opened the door to reveal lord 3rd on at his desk sitting on his chair with a bunch of piles of papers on his desk and another well built and with a good height man near the corner of his desk. He must've been the guy that was complaining about his mask because he was wearing a mask himself which made me not able to see his face. He turned his head to look at me straight away as I made eye contact with his eyes which was the only thing I could see on his face only for a split second. He was also wearing what looked like some rain jacket that was provided with a hood that covered his hair and the rest of his head. I didn't care though as I then stared at the 3rd. 

"Hey old man! Long time no see!" I said as showed my big smile.

He chuckled and said "Yes yes I haven't seen you in a while". I always loved this man and considered him apart of my family now that I didn't have one. 

"Your here for information on your mission I'm guessing?" He asked.

"Correct" I spoke again as I walked closer to stand right in front of his desk.

"Hmm.. Well your going to be travelling by feet to the cloud village. However, we believe they have sent ninjas to spy on our village since we do not have the best alliance. Since there is only one route from the Cloud to the Leaf you are likely to run into them face to face so do be prepared for battle. There will be only one reinforcement coming just in case but like I mentioned this may not go as planned and out whole theory might not even be true, and if that will be proven bu you running into zero cloud ninjas you must report back but if it did go as expected, prepare to fight since they cloud ninjas are usual tough ninjas I will admit." He said.

"Alright I got it" I replied back with. Before the conversation could go any further we were interrupted by a knock at the door. "Come in" and with that Danzo had appeared as he stepped in. My first intention was to step aside since Lord Danzo was more royalty and I ended up doing that. I was now symmetrical to the masked man but just in different sides of the room standing and facing each other. 

"Lord Danzo" me and him had spoke in sync as we also bowed down. Danzo just walked past and said "Hiruzen, we might have a problem regarding the leaf and the Hidden Stone Village". Lord third sighed as he then said "Sorry (Y/N) but would you mind to step out for a bit? Actually, I think your ready to set off to your mission right about now. Any questions or concerns?"

"Nope. I'll be going off now. See you later old man."

"See you. Be careful!" He said that right before I shut the door and walked off to get my ninja tools ready which were at home. I always hated Danzo without any reason to back it up. He always gave me weird vibes and would always look at me differently than the others in a bad way and always underestimate me. I never considered him a "lord" but I couldn't protest against it so I always just went with the way things were.

(The third Hokage POV)

Hopefully (Y/N) comes back safe, then again this is just another theory from Danzo so I wouldn't get my hopes up to high.Before I could let Danzo even start to say what he was going to say about the Stone, I felt a sudden guilt and said,

"We have to tell her eventually"

"About what? Oh (Y/N)'s true self right?" He replied with.

"Mhm" 

"I don't thinks she's ready to hear it yet she's still to young, we must tell her once she starts a family of her own"

"But she's 16 and getting put into dangerous missions like these, there might not even be a time where we'll be able to tell her"

"That is right but she's one of the Leafs best ninjas. She should be fine"

"We must tell her at 18, and that's a command from the Hokage himself so it must be fulfilled" I spoke making it clear that I didn't want to wait longer to tell her. What if she decides not to even start a family? I can't live with this guilt forever.

"Fine. But if she doesn't show that 'bright' smile of hers that always makes your day then don't come complaining to me."

"Waiting longer would only make it worse and you know that" I replied back with. I had forgotten he was still here as I saw him standing beside Danzo but a bit further, body facing the opposite wall but head towards me with his mask on. "You are dismissed. Stay safe as well got it?". He was also very valuable to me.

"Yes sir. Bye!" He said.

"Bye" I said right before he teleported off. I was now listening to Danzo's suggestion upon what the Leaf should do for their security purposes.
