7. I'll be off now

I DECIDED TO CHANGE THE CLOUD VILLAGE SUSPICION TO THE STONE VILLAGE INSTEAD

I approached my house and dashed straight to my room. I know this mission is suppose to be really challenging but I can't stop myself from being excited. I honestly also didn't see how it was THAT dangerous and was very disappointing when it was explained of what I had to do. I mean the shinobi from that village are indeed strong but I personally think the Leaf is stronger. Oh and not to forget, this is just a wild guess and if I get caught basically spying there will be consequences between the two villages so this is quite risky. I see missions as hobbies but the best part is when the mission is complete. The feeling of succeeding something, something that you know you did for good which will help your village, your people, your friends and yourself is what gets her all happy. The feeling of being able to help at least even 1 person is her happiness.

I made sure I had all my scrolls, kunai, shurikens and everything else for everything to so as planned. I was a bit nervous I have to admit. I realized this is a very serious mission so I kept focus and aware at all times. I checked myself out in the mirror, tied my headband on and off I went to the main gates of the Leaf.

"Hey there (y/n)!" I heard 2 familiar voices speak as I was about to exit.

"Hello!" I said as I waved back. I had some time so I walked up to them with a smile which they returned back. Even though I didn't know them as well as I knew the other ninjas I still would have conversations with them once I leave and come back since I found them quite entertaining.

"You know, I still find it kind of disappointing how you two are suppose to be 2 very skilled ninjas from your ranking, and yet only work under the orders of the Hokage at this boring job." I said.

"That's what I've been saying too! Finally someone who agrees!" Kotetsu said finally pointing out the last part to his best friend.

"Yeah but this role is still very important" Izumo said.

"Ugh but it's still boring". said Kotetsu. I laughed.

"Then again in a mission all you two have is that giant sword thingy and the sticky liquid 'jutsu'" I said.

"Hey! Your making us sound useless. Hmph" said the guy in the bandages. Izumo just sighed. Izumo was always the more responsible one wile his friend just wanted to have fun, but those two were certainly one of the favorite duos, apart from Kakashi and Guy of course. "Well I'll be going now" I said as I walked away and back to the gates.

"Alrighty, you better come back in one piece!" Kotetsu replied with. "Psh I'm not as weak as you" I replied back as me and Izumo laughed.

"What!? What side are you on Izumo!?" He said.

"Bye (y/n)!" Izumo said and I waved off as I started to go.

I decided to walk for now since I had all the time and didn't want to waste any energy for now. I wasn't planning on directly approaching the village and only a bit more than half way in case if they saw me and were suspicious. I eventually started speeding up the process since I got bored all by myself. I also stopped at a little dango shop since I was getting hungry. I was soooooo bored. I mean don't get me wrong, I loved the fact that I was doing this for the villages safety but I would've defiantly preferred it if I came with at least one more person. That was when I remembered what Kakashi said, there is one more person that's suppose to be anonymously following me! Still confused on why I immediately started looking around at all directions. I was currently speeding thru a forest on tree branches so I started slowing down and trying to sense their chakra. They were either really good at hiding it, super far away from me or just not there because I found no trace at all.

I was about to start picking up my pace and wanted to get this boring mission done with, I even doubted one of Danzo's stupid ideas was even going to be true until I heard talking near me.

"Oh shut up. I don't even think that brat from the leaf is even going to be here" I heard a raspy and old voice say.

"Well it's still worth a try un! and plus we still have to repay Kakazu so we'll do it this way once we capture this Leaf ninja hmph." I heard another man say. The name Kakazu was so familiar. A Kakazu that loves money and has something to do with capturing a Leaf ninja.. THE BINGO BOOK! I had looked thru the bingo book many times and defiantly saw a scary looking Kakazu with a weird mask on there.

The voices were closer to be left side so I ran on top of some more tree branches to get on high ground and spotted them. The were talking about to irrelevant Jashin lover and art but one of the taller men had a luxurious blond hair in a ponytail, not even going to lie I thought it was Barbie in real life. Then there was another man that hunched his back.. did he have really bad scoliosis or something? I examined then from a higher point of view when I saw what they were both wearing.

An Akatsuki cloak.

This was very bad. Very very bad. I started panicking a bit and worrying that once they spotted me I wouldn't be left alive since it was 2 powerful ninjas against one. I tried to remember all my knowledge on the Akatsukis and the members. All I could remember was the pony tailed dude was from the stone.. was this who I was suspected to run into? If it was someone from the AKATSUKI. Literally one of the most treating villain evil group out there!

"Who's there?" said the taller man.

"It's the leaf brat." The other man said seriously. Has he spotted me already?

"Huh where!?"

"On the right, behind us upwards." He said as the blond turned around and looked straight at me and smirked.

"My my, finally found you un! Now come down here and give us what we want. I suggest avoiding battle."

Well he has a pretty big ego. I wouldn't run away from a battle and it seemed as if I was suppose to run into the two. The Hokage chose me for a reason. I felt pretty confident and said "Psh I'm only here to fight so don't get your hopes up to high" as I smirked.

I also took a quick notice that the other dude with a beard was only a puppet. I needed to somehow get the caster out of hiding so I could fight them face to face after I took down this other very talkative dude. I was thanking Kankuro's lectures about his puppets after I accidentally provided him the wrong antidote. "I got this one" said the dude had a weird tongue on his hand. So here I was getting ready to battle the dude. I made three shadow clones and started doing hand signs for the Fire Style: Dragon flame Jutsu as the puppet examined.
