Chapter 2.6: Part Two

Jye's P.O.V.

eleven months later...

It's our anniversary tomorrow and I'm on my way to the bar to discuss our surprise with Isabel and Tiffany. Isabel couldn't leave the bar alone now that she's the manager that's why we decided to have the meeting there.

I got down in my car and noticed something familiar. It was Zelo's car. It's impossible because he's in school right now having a test. That couldn't be his car, it's just another car that looks like Zelo's. Yeah, that's it. No need to overthink.

I entered the bar and immediately found Isabel on one table.

"Hey Shin!" She smiled and greeted as I walked over to the table.

I nodded in response and took a seat beside her as we waited for Tiffany.

"Nervous?" She asked.

"A lot." Ofcourse I would be nervous. I don't know if Zelo would like my surprise for him. But I worked hard in preparing this so he better like it. Ha.

We started discussing some details while waiting for Tiffany. We decided to host it at Tiffany's mom's hotel and have a cattering service there. Ofcourse it's only a year so we'll only be inviting some of our friends and family.

Minutes later, Tiffany finally arrived and joined in the discussion.

We finished our meeting at night. We did a lot of discussions and we're already tired. We were chattering and laughing when the people on the dancefloor made noises such as shouting and laughing and they were circling two people in the middle.

I suddenly felt nervous at the structure of the guy who was being intimate with a girl inside that circle.

"Hey Shin."

"Where are you going?"

They asked. I don't know what's happening but something's telling me to look at the guy. I just felt the two girls following me from behind.

I then reached the circle of people in the dance floor and made my way into the middle.

No.

This is a dream right? Somebody wake me up, please.

Sadness and anger took over my heart as I finally place sight at the guy who was kissing a girl at the dancefloor and take note, he was touching the girl everywhere. And the people were just watching them, even his band members.

How could they tolerate this? How could they let Zelo do this in front of many people? And right before our first anniversary. How sweet.

"Having fun?" I said outloud with a smirk. All the people's eyes landed on me and the music stopped. Everyone suddenly became quiet and I could feel the tension rising. I glanced at Himchan and the other's who were cheering him on to continue what he was doing. Great job, really.

The two people in the middle stopped and looked at me as their eyes widened in horror. That's right. Be scared cause I'm not gonna let you get away with this.

The girl looked at me and tried to examine me. Guess she doesn't know me yet. She was one of Zelo's classmates who had a major crush on him since before. Makes sense she would kiss someone who's obviously taken.

Now let's look at that taken person. From how he kissed her, it didn't look like he already had a girlfriend.

"Hi! Remember me? No? Okay, let me introduce myself to you so you better listen carefully. I'm Park Shin Jye. Half President of B University. 18 years of age. Beautiful. Hmmm, what else? Oh yeah! I'm the girlfriend of the guy who you just kissed here. But, I think I'm mistaken. Ah right, I'm single now by the way." I smiled sweetly at her. She looked guilty but It wasn't enough.

"J-jye." Atlast. He finally spoke. I looked at him and saw his eyes was full of worry,guilt and sadness. In return, I looked at him full of anger and nothing but anger.

"Guess there's no anniversary happening tomorrow. Anyways, I gotta go. Sorry for interrupting your little disgusting show in here. I think I got a little jealous so might as well get myself a kissing partner." I was about to leave when I remembered something. I looked at the traitors and for the last time, smiled again.

"You did such a great job guys! Keep up the good work. You really helped me back there making me realize that I was single." I let out a fake laugh.

"I really thought I had a boyfriend who loved me. Guess I was dreaming. Thanks for waking me up and I hope this is the very last time I will see all your faces. Bye!" I turned around and was about to head back to my car when I felt a hand grab my shoulder. I turned around and slapped him hard.

"Oops. Sorry about that. It's just that I don't like strangers touching me."

"J-jye, I c-can explain." He said and he was pleading.

"Explain what? That scene you had in front of many people? I don't see a reason why you have to do that though. I don't even know you." I said and slapped his hand away from my shoulder. I swear I saw tears falling from his eyes right before I turned around.

I don't care.

He lied to me saying he has an exam in school then I see him kissing another girl in a bar? Is he kidding me? Don't get me wrong. I'm hurting right now but I don't wanna be weak anymore. If flirting is his game, I'll play with him.

This is just a matter of strength. The rules are simple. The first one who loses the will to flirt, will get a severe punishment.

That is to see the person you love in the arms of another. When you know he/she loves you back.
