Anastasia Valentine was born around 2000 years ago. She lived alone, solitary and unaware that others like her existed until she stumbled through the Crusades, finding a couple who - like her - also found that they could not die.
She joined them, following them to find Andy and then, some time later, Booker.
The five lived as a family, travelling together and saving people in many conflicts. Together, they found that they could use their powers for good. Together, they found safety.
