Chapter 7: Date

Mads Pov
I wake up on Jadens chest again. He's arms are wrapped tightly around me. It's Saturday which means we finally get a break from school even though I didn't go yesterday. I feel jadens hands move down my back which sends chills down my spine. I look up from his chest and I see his eyes open. "Goodmorning" he says. "Goodmorning" I say in a sleepy voice. "Are you feeling better" he asks. "Yes a lot better actually" I say. "Good" he says and smiles at me. We cuddle for a few more minutes then we decide to get up. It was 9am. "Where's your mom" he asked. "Work" I say. He just nods. "Do you want to eat breakfast" I ask. He nods his head yes. "Let's goooo" I say in a lazy voice. He just giggles at me and follows me to the kitchen. We both get some food and eat it while talking about random stuff. Soon we both finish and he takes my plate for me and goes and washes it. I just smile at him. He walks back over and we talk some more. "Let's get ready" he says. "Why" I ask suspiciously. "You'll see" he says and I smile. I give him a hug. "I'll be back here in 30 minutes" he says. I nod and let go of him. He walks out the door and I run up to my room. I rummage through my closet and finally pick out this outfit.

I put my hair up in a bun and I do light makeup. I feel like myself again. I check the time and it's been 20 minutes. He should be here soon. It's almost 10am. I grab a small bag and I put a swimsuit and an extra change of clothes just in case. I also pack some makeup. I go into the bathroom and I notice the hickey on my neck. I quickly cover it. I write my mom a note and I walk downstairs and place it on the counter. I forget my bag upstairs so I go and grab it then I go back downstairs. I check my phone and it's 10am so he should be here any minute. I hear someone knock at my door I go and open it. Jaden is standing there in this.

He has flowers in his hand. I smile and he hands me the flowers. "Aww thank you" I say. "Your welcome" he says. I invite him in so I can put the flowers in a vase real fast. He takes my bag for me and watches me closely as I put the flowers in a vase. I bring them upstairs and he follows me. I place them on my nightstand. Then we both walk downstairs and he opens the front door for me. We walk to his car and he opens that door too. I smile at him and thank him again. He comes to his driver side door and gets in. "Sooo what is this" I ask. "Hmm a date maybe" he says. I blush a little. He giggles at me and starts driving. "Where are we going" I ask. "Well if I tell you it won't be a surprise" he says. I huff at him and he laughs. He places his hand on my thigh which sends chills down my body. We continue driving. Soon we arrive at the mall. I was a little confused but I just went with it. "What are we doing here" I ask while he pulls into a parking spot. "I'm taking you shopping obviously" he says and I giggle. "Thank you" I say smiling at him. He says your welcome then we both get out. We walk side by side and his hand brushes against mine. Then he grabs my hand lightly and intertwines our fingers. I'm surprised at first but I hold his hand. He looks over and smiles at me I smile back. We talk about random stuff and we walk through the mall. We go into different stores. I end up getting a shirt from a store but that was it. We walked around some more then we leave. I check the time it's now 1pm. I cant believe how much time we spent in the mall it didn't feel that long. We walk back to his car and we both get in. "Where too next" I ask. He laughs at me. "You'll see" he says. I roll my eyes at him. "Heyyy no attitude missy" he says. I just laugh. He places his hand back on my thigh and I smile at him. He starts driving. Soon we make it to a restaurant. It was fancy but not the type where you would have to wear dresses. It was more of a modern restaurant but they were busy. We get out and he holds my hand. "Do you like it" he asks. "I love it" I say excitedly. He smiles at me. We walk in hand in hand and they give us our table. We sit across from eachother. He holds one of my hands from across the table. And we talk about random stuff. Soon the waiter comes and he takes our orders. Then we talk some more. Soon our food stoves and we eat. This place was amazing. "Jaden you know you didn't have to do all this" I say. "I know but I wanted too" he says. I give him a very thankful smile. We finish eating and we talk some more. "Mads I got you something" he says. "Really Jaden you didn't have too" I say. "But I wanted too" he says pulling out a box. I take the box and I open it. It's a neckless. It's an infinity sign with both of our names on each side. "Look I know it's only been 6 days but I wanted to get you something to show you how much I appreciate you" he says. "Awww thank you Jaden I love it so much" I say taking the neckless out of the box. "It's beautiful" I say. He smiles at me. "I'm glad you like it" he says. "Like it I love it!" I say. He giggles. "Can you help me" I ask. He nods and stands up. He goes over and places the neckless around my neck and puts it on. He goes and sits back down. I grab the neckless and play with it. "Your the best" I say. "Nooo your the best" he says. Then we start arguing on whos the best and we just laugh the rest of the time. Then they come out with our bill. I try to pay but Jaden gets to it first. "Jaden you don't have to" I say. "No it's fine this is your special night" he says. I thank him again. Once he paid we got up and left back to his car. I stood outside the car and I wrapped my arms around him and gave him a huge hug as a thank you. He giggles and spins me in circles then places me down. He kisses my lips softly and leans me up against his car. He slowly pulls away. "Let's go" he says in a quieter tone. We get into the car. It's 4pm now. "Where too now" I ask seeing if he will finally tell me. "Patience Mads" he says making me giggle. He places his hand on my thigh and starts driving. Soon we make it to the beach and I get excited. "Someone's excited" he says. "Yess I love the beach" I say practically jumping out of the car. I grab my swimsuit out . There is no public restrooms which is weird. "Hey Jaden can I change in your car" I ask. "Yeah of course I'll make sure no one looks in" he says and I giggle. I get in his car and I quickly change into this.

I get out of the car and I watch as Jadens eyes automatically scan my body from head to toe. "Wow you look beautiful" he says. I blush a little. "Aww thank you" I say. He already had his back swim shorts on. He grabs out some towels and a giant blanket. He brings a cooler full of drinks to which was in the back of his car the whole time. "Wow you were prepared" I say and he giggles. We walk down to the beach and he places the blanket down. I start to tan and he goes into the ocean. A little while later I sit up and see Jaden still in the water. I get up and run and jump into the water. It was cold. Jaden comes over to me. "Jeez it's cold" I say. "Come here" he says holding out his arms. I smile at him and I go over to him and he hugs me tightly. I wrap my legs around him and he holds me trying to keep me warms. We talk and swim around for a little then we go back to shore. He grabs me a towel and he wraps me in it. I sit on the blanket and he sits next to me. I check the time on my phone and it's now 6pm. The sun looks close to setting. I look at Jaden. "Thank you for the best day ever" I say. He smiles. "Your welcome" he says. He looks at my lips and then back up to my eyes. He then leans in and places his lips lightly against mine. I kiss back. He deepens the kiss and kisses my neck slightly then moves to my lips. The sun hits us as it sets. It feels like we're the only two on the beach. I pull away and look at the sunset. It's beautiful. "Wow" I say looking up. "Wow" he says so I look over. He's looking at me. I blush a little. I give him a quick peck then I lay down to look at the sky. He does the same next to me so I lay my head on his chest. "It's beautiful isn't it" I say. "Yes definitely" he says. He plays with my hair. We watch as the stars begin to appear in the sky. It's beautiful. Soon the sky goes dark and all's you can see is the stars. I yawn. "Are you sleepy" he asks playing with my hair. "A little" I say. "Alright let's go then" he says and we both stand up. He grabs the stuff and we walk back to his car. We get into his car and he places his hand on my thigh and begins to drive me home. Soon we make it back to my house and it's 9pm. I give him a short but passionate kiss on the lips. He smiles at me. "Thank you for today" I say while pulling away. "Your welcome" he says with a huge smile. "Goodnight Jaden" I say while kissing him one last time. "Goodnight" he says back and I leave his car and go inside. My house is quiet. My mom must be sleeping. I go into my room and I take a very quick shower. I throw on jadens hoodie and some spandex. I flop down on my bed and I don't even bother turning on the tv. I play with my neckless. Today was the best day ever. He seriously makes me the happiest. I slowly begin to fall asleep.
