Chapter 25: Where are we going?

"Miss McNally? Miss McNally? Hello..? Caitlyn?!" the teacher was shouting right down Caitlyns ear but no movement, no response. She tried lightly shaking her but she was still like a corpse. "Autumn, please can you go downstairs the office and tell them that there's an unresponsive student here, then Jennifer, we will notify your mother if anything is wrong or does happen but it may be wise to send her a quick message now. The rest of you, can you please stay calm and continue with your work," the teacher instructed. With that, Autumn jumped out of her seat and ran out of the room and Jenny got her phone out so fast, she almost dropped it. 

Caitlyns POV

I start to wake up, I imagine I'm in bed but it doesn't smell or feel like home. It's got more of a firm texture and there's a medically smell in the air. Oh well. I try to wiggle my fingers so I can get a feeling in my system but I'm slightly restricted, so I try opening my eyes. For some reason it was quite a struggle at first but after about 5 minutes I managed to do it. I see wires hooked up everywhere and onto me, the thing that freaked me out the most was probably the blinding white walls and curtains. That's when I close my eyes again, this time I could still see the white in my mind, a bit more of a light this time though. A silhouette walked slowly towards me, I couldn't make out who it was until he was right in front of me. "Daddy..?" I manage to get out, he just smiled at me. "Hello princess," he said to me, it felt so good to hear his voice again that's not from a recording. "What are you doing here?" I asked, rather confused but glad I get to see him at the same time. "I'm here to get you, you're with me now princess, take my hand," he gently says to me, holding his hand out, waiting for me to take it. I placed my hand in his, watching the gesture, I look back up to him and smile.

Adams POV

I don't know what the hell happened. Why I'm here looking after her by myself is beyond me but I guess I'd probably be the least effected by this, they just need a breather, and she needs to be monitored. "Daddy..?" I hear a faint voice coming from inside the room, I lower my phone to see Caitlyn talking to herself. "What are you doing here?" I wonder why she thinks she's talking to her dad, come to think of it, I've never seen or heard about their dad. I run outside to tell the guys she's making movement, "she's talking to herself, well, I think she thinks she's talking to her dad." As soon as I said that, the girls went pale and ran to the room. Lee ran to find their mum, I wonder what got them like this? I'll ask them later after this whole thing is over, it's not the time right now. 

Caitlyn POV

Me and daddy start walking towards the source of where the very white light was coming from, "Daddy? Where are we going?" I am quite concerned since this light can't be good for our sight, it's not effecting me yet though. "Far away princess," he replied, I started to get quite concerned. "But what about mummy? What about Autumn and Jennifer?" I ask, hoping that they are alright. "They'll join us one day, not just yet, but one day," he reassures me. I just nod at him and continue walking with him until I feel something pulling me away.
