Clarke Griffen:

The doors of the drop-ship open, letting in sweet smelling air. I slowly walk toward the open door, not allowing the grin to erase off of my face. Everyone else has already begun exploring, but not leaving sight of the drop-ship. When I take my first step onto the moist, fertile ground of the woods, a giggle escapes my mouth.

"Unbelievable right?" I hear a voice behind me say. I turn to see a girl with big, brown eyes starring back at me. She reaches out her hand. "Octavia Blake." I shake her hand in return.

"Clarke Griffen." I tell her with a wide smile. "And yeah, it is pretty unbelievable." I close my eyes and listen to the sound of the chirping birds and laughing teenagers.

"Alright everybody, listen up!" I turn back around to see a young man, older than me, standing on the trunk of a tree. "We need to set up camp here, using supplies that the ARC sent down with us. Then we will send hunting groups to hunt and gather anything that is edible."

"Who put you in charge?" A random voice in crowd asks.

"I did." The young man says with a smirk. No one argues. "Okay than, everyone go to work." I'm the first to make my way over to the drop ship. When I walk in, people start crowding the place, grabbing things from seat cousins to tarps. I look around for something useful when I notice a ladder that leads to a latch on the ceiling. I grab the rails and start climbing. When I reach the top, I twist the latch and it opens a door.

"Hey look, there's another floor!" I shout. Suddenly, I feel the ladder vibrate. Someone is coming up behind me. I look down and see that young man again. Knowing that everyone is staring back at me, I make my way up in to the level. Inside, there is food, kitchen utensils, weapons, blankets, batteries and all sorts of other things.

"Nice job, Princess." He pats my back and people start collecting again. But instead, I stare at the young man. Not out of awe, but out of curiosity.

Bellamy:

I look at the people who are scavenging supplies and try to pick the strongest of the ones to hunt with me. Then I see the girl who discovered the floor of the drop-ship, staring at me. She quickly darts away but it's to late, I already caught her. I've seen her before. She was usually with her mom in the medical station before she was arrested for standing up for her father's death. I decide that if I'm going to run things for awhile, I'm going to need a "sidekick" and also a doctor. She's the perfect match.

"Hey!" I say as I try to catch up. I can tell that she is still embarrassed about the whole staring thing because her cheeks a red from
blushing. "Clarke right?" She nods her head in approval, but with a confused face. "I'm Bellamy. I know you because I've see you with your mom. Which brings me to a conclusion. I want you to help me run things around here and I want you to be the doc because I know your mom worked with the medics." She crosses her arms and bites her lower lip in concentration. I find it cute.

"Ok fine. But if I'm helping you make the rules, no secrets. About anything." she tells me a-matter-a-factly.

"Deal." We shake on it. Then, a blow of a horn shuts everyone up in the camp. It throws people into panic mode. Birds fly towards the mountains and mice scurry in the same direction. A red fog creeps around the trees, closing in on everything in its path. Whatever it is, it doesn't look good. "Everyone to the droop-ship! NOW!" A scream rises from deep in the forest. This is earth.
