"...And that's it for the lesson today. Finally, I've got a few announcements to make. First..."

Grim released a yawn as Crewel was speaking to class 1-A. "Class is finally over... As always, I've worked nonstop all day."

"Nah, no way, I'm pretty sure you've been napping since noon. Maybe you're being a bit too kind on yourself?" Ace said.

Strix suppresses a yawn behind her hand. She slowly raised a brow at the boy. "So you weren't taking a nap with Grim, then?"

Grim tilted his head at him. "What? You were?"

"Wai- Strix! You don't need to run your mouth!" Hissed Ace, shooting a silencing look her way. It had no effect. "I was just resting my eyes a little, but that's not sleeping!"

"You're both as bad as each other. Pipe down and listen to what Professor Crewel has to say." Deuce chided.

"Ever the good student, I see~" Ace snarked.

"And yet, your grades are no better than mine." Grim points out deviously, the pair bullying Deuce together.

"Sh-Shut up! That's got nothing to do with this!"

The crack of a whip snapped.

"Be quiet! You're too noisy, puppies!" Crewel boomed and points his stick at the idiotic trio.

The three shrink in their seats. "Sorry..."

Strix rolled her eyes.

Silver blue eyes narrowed. "Right then, as I was saying, there's going to be a whole school assembly after this. It'll be an explanation on the Star Sending that's a week from today, so make sure you all attend. That'll do... for the announcements. Everyone, please head to the lecture hall."

Everyone fills in the lecture hall. Students chatter in the background while waiting for the assembly to commence.

"I came here but I don't know what's going on. What's gonna happen now?" Grim asked.

"So you still weren't listening. It's about the Star Sending, the 'Star Sending'." Ace emphasized.

Strix and Grim exchanged eye contact before reverting to the boys. The latter asked, "Whazzat?"

The redhead stared. "Uh... Are you being serious?"

"Hundred percent serious." Strix replied with a straight face.

Ace sweatdropped. "Not you, too, Strix..."

"You can let Strix off 'cause she comes from another world, but I can't believe Grim doesn't know it." Deuce said as he looked at the little beast mildly surprised.

"Is it that famous?" Strix asked.

"I mean, schools across the world teach about it, so I think pretty much everyone knows it." Said Deuce.

"Then tell us about it already." Grim prompted.

Ace was disinterested. "Ehh. The headmaster's gonna explain it anyway."
