Shravan sighed closing the case file he is reading and prepared to leave."Shravan Sir!" Shravan stopped in his way to know what his dad's PA wants from him.
"Ramnath Sir left early for his mom's weekly check up. Can you please give him these papers. Nirmala mam's PA came to hand over this but sir wasn't here." he begged forwarding the papers to him.He noded taking them and went out toward his car. He wants to know what is going on between his parents now so out of curiousity he read the papers.
"What are these?" He threw the papers on the table entering his mother's flat
"Ain't you a lawyer? These are divorce papers." Nirmala said placing the magazine on the table and glanced at her son.
"This is it?" He asked vulnerably
"I have had enough shravan. I can't do this anymore?" Nirmala stated firmly
"But why? You are already living alone. Then why all of a sudden now and what about me huh?" He asked holding her arms. Maybe for once, she will look into his eyes and can feel the pain.
But she looked down instead "I have thought about it enough, i don't want to go back to that phase again."
Moving his hand in his hair he tried to say something but stopped. Shaking his head while stealing a last glance of her, he stormed out of the house.
He knew this dreeding day will come still he was not prepared for it. He always thought, there is a chance to reunite them because they are still husband and wife but this divorce will fade this hope too. He will never let that happen. Never! But still the thought of divorce breaks him.

Suman stood gawking the rectangle shaped building which screamed money from the pavement to the top class window pane mirrors.
She took a deep breath and tried to calm down. She know it's a big day and doesn't want to spoil it from her stupid carelessness.
She stepped ahead toward the main iron gate connected with security guard room. She dodged the puddle in her way, it had rained cats and dogs last night and the water hasn't drained fully yet.
Since she has been up in the morning, an instinct is warning her, something wrong is going to happen, so she is tring her level best and taking every step carefully. She had everything under control atleast that what she thinks.
She grinned at her small victory and with her head held high she moved ahead and jinx it. She happily went ahead not looking at the large puddle which was waiting just for her.
As soon as she stepped further, water splashed around, spluttering on her dress and some even on the face.
Great! Just great! Only you can do this sumo.
There is no point of thinking to go back home and change her dress. So she resumed moving ahead to the main gate, shuffling with the straps of her bag.
