"Are you serious?" She screamed in exaltation. "Oops sorry!" She said when she got glares from the people sitting around on other tables, she surrendered her hands in the air "are you serious?" She whisper asked while her eyes sparkled in sheer excitement.
"Yes Ma'am we have chocolate pasteries which can help you to lose your weight." The waiter in front of her awkwardly smiled at her weird behaviour.
"Goodness" she sighed in joy. "Can i have five?" She asked like a child.
"Sure Ma'am. Just a minute." He said and disappeared.
Oh my god! oh my god! This is the world we should live in. Chocolates can help in weight loss!
She looked at the pastry in aww as the waiter placed them on her table. She grabbed the spoon, there is no way she can wait a minute more to dig in.
She took a spoonful of pastry and motioned it toward her mouth but could not taste it. "What the hell? Why am i not able to eat it?" She scoffed as her hand started moving to and fro.
"Urghhh! Get up you lazy ass." A voice from nearby rang incoherently.
"Huhh? No it can't be a dream. No pleaseeee!" She screamed as she felt herself in air and boom!! Her bum touched the floor.
Her eyes moved around, scanning her surrounding and she rolled her eyes, looking at a person who is standing at the other side of bed, hands folded around her chest and giving Suman a stern look.
"I should have known. You can't let me have a pastry alone even in my dreams." Getting up from the ground she threw the comforter on the person's face.
"How can i let my best friend do things without me?" Shreya winked as she made herself comfortable on the bed and munched the chips she brought along. "It's one in the noon sumo and i called you at nine in the morning. You are sleeping since then . Who sleeps that much?" She passed her a disappointing look.
"Despite knowing me for 6 years you are seriously asking that?" Suman snatched the chip's packet and raised her brow in question.
"I was about to have pastry which can help in weight lose but you" she tapped her index finger on Shreya's forhead making her lean backwards. "You always spoil my dreams."
" Cake without calories. Why am i not surprised?" She chuckled rolling her eyes.
"By the way when will i get to see my jiju?" She chirped arching her brows in excitment changing the topic as she knows her friend can spend the whole day cursing her for ruining her dream.
"I texted him. He has a case today maybe tomorrow."
"Sumo you are gonna get married in few days. What will i do without you?" Shreya dramatically asked placing her head on her shoulder.
"Drama queen" she slapped her arm and they both giggled.
"Jokes apart i told you to seek lawyer's advise on your lost book." Shreya sat straight folding her legs and giving all her attention to suman.
"Shreya you know i am not gonna doing that. I don't want any kind of drama especially when thinks are coming back on track slowly."
"Gosh! I am not saying to file a complain sumo. I am just telling you to talk to a lawyer and ask him if by chance there is any way you can get that book back. Simple."
"I don't want Anuj bhaiya in any kind of trouble." She sadly looked down. Seeing her face Shreya shook her head. She can't believe how can someone be so naive. As much as she is proud of her being that, she is equally worried. This whole world is so cruel. How will a pure soul like her manage?
