When Love Knocks

★Book Store★

Taking out an excited sigh, shravan stepped in the store looking around for her. He went to her home first and got to know that she is at a book store. Her Manju Mami told him the address. He was smiling all his way to the book store because he was just busy thinking about her.

Her almond eyes pulls him everytime he looks at her, he wants to waft his fingers through her silky hair, he wants to see her smiling face which makes his heart flip.

He hasn't felt something like this before. These newborn emotions are giving him jittery feelings but he is very much liking them. This girl is making him crazy.

As soon as he located her, who is busy in arranging books, an idea to scare her popped up in his mind and a grin adorned his face. He scared the shit out of her as his head appeared all of a sudden when she was taking out the books from the rack.

"Stop laughing!" She whined when he didn't stop for a while.

"Look at your face." he cracked up again, a little louder this time, pointing his index finger at her face.

Rolling her eyes at his mulish behaviour, she grabbed the books lying on the floor and moved to the other side to resume what she was doing earlier, facing her back at him.

Shravan scanned the store and smiled at the cozy ambiance. Perfect place for reading!

"What are you doing here?" He heard her soft voice.

"Do i need a reason" He said leaning on the book rack, folding his hands on his chest. He is looking at her face and scrutinizing her reaction "to meet my fiance?" He arched his brow.

He already knows he has a soft corner for her in his heart. Since it was sunday and he was free after spending time with his family or you can say stopping his parent's fight, he thought to be a little productive.

Oh com'on shravan you can say you wanted to see her thats why you are here.

Why do you have to poke your nose in between all the time?

I am your inner voice, can't help it!

You are inner, right? then be inside and shut the hell up for a while.

"Ohh i am sorry but i can not leave the store and go out with you right now." Her words put a brake on his thought. She looked abashed She definitely did not want to say no but she can't even say yes right now.

"Thats totally fine! What can be better than this tranquil place?" He said looking around appreciating the peaceful and calm place. Her face adorned a full blown smile. For her books and silence are her solace and when someone appreciates that, her happiness knows no bounds.

"You read books?" She asked elevated when she saw him taking out a book from the rack and going through it.

"Sometimes because i don't get much time from my law books." He confessed, he really like reading but don't get much time. She noded her head understanding. She has seen how thick the law books are.

"And i can bet you do!" He amused looking at her eyes, placing the book back at its original place.

Her eyes sparkles as she looked at the books around her and her lips are smiling when she sung "Reading is like meditation."

"So Miss Nerdy recommend me some. I will surely try."

"Sure! Tell me what types of books do you like? Thriller?" She is already busy looking at the thriller section to get something for him.
