Bullseye thinks about aiming at May, but he knows it is not a good idea so he aims at Punisher.
Punisher dodges the aim and shoots Bullseye's legs and hands.
"Damn you, man."- Punisher replies.
Punisher knocks out Bullseye.
Vulture flies to Spider-Venom only to have his wings eaten and be knocked out too.
"I know your weakness."- Kingpin smiles as he pushes the button to activate supersonic devices.
Spider-Venom transforms into a weird fat looking monster with no neck.
Vulture tries to attack Punisher only to be knocked out.
"I will not let you kill anyone, Kingpin."- Spider-Venom madly punches Kingpin ten times.
Kingpin uses a taser and Peter comes out of the symbiote looking a little bit blue.
Symbiote bonds with Kingpin and he has a control over it.
"I will make you scream forever."- Kingpin threatens Peter with the sinister smile.
Punisher shoots Kingpin only to see bullets getting out.
"What the hell?"- Punisher confusingly asks himself.
Kingpin grabs Peter and proceeds to eat Peter's legs, but all of the sudden parts of the symbiote come out of the symbiote and bond with Peter looking like the first time it bonded to Peter.
"I will show you the pain, fatass."
Kingpin runs immediately to Spider-Man while Punisher sees a taser that felt from the ground but needs to find out how to get it.
"Hey, punk! Come and get me!"
"Frankie, please. Do you really th-?"
"Sorry, man, but it is not your day today."
Spider-Man immediately shoots webs to get a device and a taser.
He gives Punisher a device.
"Thanks, but what about you?"- Punisher asks Spider-Man.
"Just activate the button."
Symbiote comes out of Spider-Man and tries to stop Kingpin.
Sounds activate and remove Kingpin.
The symbiote dies from loud sounds while Kingpin was knocked into the coma.
"It is dead."- Peter sadly talks to Punisher.
"What was that thing?"- Punisher asks him.
"My father's work. The cure for everything."
Peter releases May by just pushing the button.
"Peter! Thank God you saved me."- May happily hugs Peter.
"I am just glad you are not dead."
"I know that you are Spider-Man."- May changes her mood because she knows that her and Peter are in danger.
Punisher puts on the mask and decides to leave.
"Who are you?"- May looks at Punisher.
Punisher leaves without the word.
Peter and May get out of the toilet room only for inspectors with Punisher to see them.
"The bad guys are down there."- Peter notes inspectors.

"Man, I thought fighting bad guys was hard."- Peter says in a tired voice.
Phone rings.
Peter grabs the phone and hears a voice from the long time forgotten friend.
"Hey, Peter. It's me. Your father."

I am not going to continue with the story because it would be weird.
