The Infected & The Healer

I couldn't believe that some of the teenagers slept together in the same bed if they were couples. When I found out I told Jojo and he had the same reaction as I, saying it was BS. Then we both realized we weren't too far off because we sort of did the same thing just one person didn't fall asleep. We were picked to be the connection of the two groups. We were from Pines Dale and we were very close and "hands on" as a couple. So we were always hanging out with the older teenagers who thought we were a hot couple. When I was with some of the girls from Violet they told me that I was lucky to have Jojo because he was nice and took things at a simple pace unlike the guys from Violet. They even offered me clothes to wear but they were all too short or too revealing. As I was trying on a few mini shorts and a crop top, I was thrown into a closet that Jojo was in too but he was shirtless and wearing shorts. I collapsed on him and ended up on his lap which was awkward because his hands were on my waist practically on my shorts that were really small. Someone opened the door and I jumped to catch it before it closed but I only managed to hold the door while someone else put a rag to my face which had only a little sleeping powder. I fell and Jojo put me on his chest and I cuddled closer to him practically on top of him. I heard Jojo breathing and the teens from Violet hold their breath when Jojo and I made eye contact. I then heard shuffling as the teens were walking away from the closet which was still locked. I propped myself up only to be grabbed and pulled back down to Jojo who knew that I knew what he wanted but he only caressed my back knowing I still needed time to think about it. Then he slowly moved his hand up my back only stopping above my crop top while he hoisted himself up and held me partially up off the ground as he kissed my neck. I was biting my lip the whole time. I really wanted to but I knew what would happen if anyone found out. Most of me didn't care but that other side didn't want to be criticized. But eventually I kissed him and picked me up and put me on a few boxes and kept kissing the front and sides of my neck. He started going down which made me panic and start to breathe heavily when he got to the crop top but he only looked at me and kissed me on the lips. The door opened and we both jumped as we heard yelling from my sister. We ran into the rooms that we were in before the closet and changed into our regular clothes. June showed up and told us that we were grounded from seeing each other. I reminded her that I was an hour older but she said she would tell Miles what we did if we tried to see each other. We didn't tell her we were living next door to each other because no one really cared. Then we also told her we were forced into the closet after we were trying on clothes and her face went purple with madness. She marched right up to Raymon, her ex and punched him square in the gut making him double over. He tried to smack her but Jojo intercepted and pressure pointed him. Everyone gasped at us as we walked out stepping over Raymon. Walking back to base I stopped at a market and stole some bread, ham, butter, and mustard. I overheard June saying thank you to Jojo for protecting her from her ex and he said it was out of respect. She also said we could be together, we weren't grounded anymore and said that she found us sleeping together and asked if he knew about my secret. I dropped everything and ran. I ran faster than a wolf going in for the kill towards my apartment and I threw open my door and got a table knife, I started to cut myself starting to gather my blood in a cup. I got half an ounce, covered my cut and started to drink my own blood. Miles appeared behind me and caught me as I was falling out of weakness. He looked at me and parted my hair from my face and kissed me.
