Chapter 18

Read me: Sorry, but this is still Hunters POV....Hahaha. And about the couples progress? I'm not good at romance so don't expect too much. Hehehehe. If I might write a romantic moments, I'm not sure if your gonna like it but I'll do my best to write one. Vamp and Wolves is actually a Light-Romance story.

 Hunter Chase POV

I was shocked and confused. 'W-what?' I ask still shock at his revelation...I mean, no way! 'Explain it to me...' I said,  already recovered from the shock.

'Remember my dead brother...which is your Uncle?' he ask

And I nod at him. 'You mean Uncle Aldin....your brother that I never meet.' I said, it's true I never meet him but Trent and I saw a few pictures of him in my fathers office when they were still kids. He said he was killed. No one really talks about him, even if we ask the pack members who knows him but they never answered, they always change the topic and avoid it. And at that time I thought it was a sensitive topic so I stop asking

'He's Trent father.' he finally said

'But...you said he died when you were still kids.' 

'I lied.'

'Why? How can yo lie to Trent?' I ask..

'Aldin...my brother, he was mated to a human.' he said 'You know that at that time rules are very strict in our pack since father...your grandfather believes in having a purewolf family. Mating with a human is not an option. So when my bother disagreed with it he flee away from the pack with his human mate.' he explained

'Then everyone knows that Trent is not my brother?' I ask..It doesn't matter, his still my brother.

'No. No one knows except your mother and I.' he said 'When you were one year old, Aldin contacted me and told me that they are in trouble. We were out of town at  that time and I brought your mother with me. So we decided to meet....' he said and continued 'We said our hellos and told me that he was just kidding about the trouble that he just want to see me..his older brother.' he finishes

'After a year when your mother and I was on a trip' he paused at that time as if remembered something unpleasant and pleasant ....'Your mother and I was having a second child and we went out in a trip, you know how your mother loves to go on a trip..' I nod at him since it was the truth. 'She had a miscarriage.'

'Oh...' I just said....out of words.

'We accidentally meet Aldin, her wife and their baby, Trent. He told me that they were actually being chased by some organization, I offered my help but he declined. He told us that the organization that's after them, are dangerous...so they left Trent to us just for a while but they didn't come back....Then we assume that they were dead, their is no way Aldin will leave his child like that, something must have happen.' 

'What did you tell about the pack and to grandpa?' I mean if they didn't know about Trents real parents..why lies did they say?
