Blaze pulled up in his car, parking in front of the S.T.F base. When he walked in, he saw all his friends in the lobby waiting for him. None of them smiled and Blaze knew why. Everyone was probably extremely anxious. Laurance looked the most exhausted though. He had bags under his eyes and his eyes were bloodshot. Blaze immediately went to him and asked;

"You okay bro?"

He only slightly nodded, a small reassuring smile coming to his lips. Aphmau looked at Blaze, telling him not to worry about him while she wrapped her arms around her husband. This caused the redhead to only worry more. If this caused Laurance so much anxiety, why should he be calm? Laurance usually was a levelheaded guy. If this caused him so much worry, Blaze knew it was serious.

"Elizabeth wants us in the control room to discuss further,", Katelyn informed Blaze. He nodded and followed the others.

"After a few more tests,", Elizabeth said, guiding the groups attention to the screen. "Garroth's health is in almost perfect condition. We just need to make sure he stays on a regular eating schedule so he get's back to the right body weight." Blaze was a bit relieved to hear that. Still, there was more. "As of Mr. Valkrum's request, we tested his IQ to see if he was past high school education standards. What we found though was even better. He scored a 155 which is close to genius level."

"That's higher than me...", Dante gawked at the number that appeared on the screen.

"Are you sure that's not Shadow?", Blaze asked.

"He was speaking as if he was himself,", Aphmau assured him. "His voice is different from Shadow's."

Blaze nodded and turned his attention back to Elizabeth. She said; "During your conversations, we'll be reading and  monitoring his anxiety levels through his bracelets. You'll be going into his cell with a tranquilizer gun as usual just in case if he becomes violent. Besides that, just make sure to remain cautious. With that, who's first?"

"I'll go,", Laurance offered. "I was the one who found all of that stuff. I can maybe-"

"No offense Laurance but, Garroth might freak out seeing you face to face,", Lucinda said. "We should go with someone who wasn't that close to Garroth or who maybe wasn't involved in the fight in town square."

"Than I'll go,", Katelyn said. "Travis was his roommate and Dante was close to him as well. We were too but, it was different. He might be calmer around me."

Lucinda looked for the go from Elizabeth who gave her the thumbs up. Lucinda than guided Katelyn down. Once they left, Elizabeth asked Blaze; "Do you have the pendant?"

"Yes,", He said, pulling it out of his pocket. "What are you looking for with it exactly?"

Elizabeth bit her lip, trying to find a gentle way of saying what she was about to says "According to the files, before Shadow possessed Mr. Ro'Meave, he was in concerning condition. If we were to kick Shadow out of him, we worry if his pendant could hold him until we properly bring him back to full health once again."

Blaze understood and gave Elizabeth the pendant. He looked down and saw Lucinda and Katelyn enter the cell room. Katelyn was fiddling with her finders as she saw Garroth sitting on the bed, writing stuff on his notepad that Lucinda had given him. Once he heard the doors slide close, he looked up to see the two. Garroth gulped, keeping his heat rate normal. He placed down his note pad and got out of bed, adjust his hoodie right. Katelyn kept the gun that was given to her hidden just in case it would cause him any worry. The two women walked up to the cell and waited for the barrier to go down. Katelyn smiled at Garroth who returned it back. The young woman felt a weight being lifted off her shoulders once she saw that. His smile still looked that as it did a decade ago. It was him.
