I woke up to a push at my side and the next thing I knew I was on the floor. I rubbed my eyes and looked around. I fell off of Caroline's bed, because she pushed me off in her sleep. Just as I went to get up my phone began to ring making the girls moan in annoyance. I grabbed it quickly looking at the contact. Stefan.

"Hello?" I said, too loudly, just to get shushed by the girls. I went into the bathroom away from them to talk to Stefan.

"How was the slumber party?" his deep voice asked.

"Good, much needed. When can you and I have one?" I leaned my back against the door after closing it.

"Hm. That can be arranged," I knew he was smirking, because of his tone of voice.

"How about now? Today? Take me far, far away,"

"Even with everything that's going on?" he questioned making me sigh.

"Because of everything that's going on," I answered making him chuckle.

"And you're sure this has nothing to do with dodging your father who just got into town,"

"This has everything to do with that," I told him.

"Well, in that case, where would you like to go?" he asked making me smile.

"Honestly, surprise me," I said to him.

"I'll pick you up at your house in an hour," and before I could say anything else he hung up on me. I walked out of the bathroom to see the girls actually up and talking to each other.

"Why are you both awake?" I asked making them turn their heads towards me.

"Well, your phone did ring really loud..." Caroline trailed off.

"I'm sorry. It was Stefan. I need to head out but we should definitely do this again, like soon," I smiled at them and they nodded.

"I think it was pretty therapeutic," Bonnie smiled as I changed into a shirt and jeans.

"I one hundred percent agree," I said shoving my things into my bag.

"I'm so happy you guys stayed last night. I really needed it," Caroline told us making me pull them both into a hug.

"And we are happy to be here for you, Care," I smiled at her before saying my goodbyes and making my way to the front door.

I began to walk home and I stopped once I heard a loud car engine come from behind me. I looked up from my feet to see Damon. He rolled down his window smirking at me.

"Need a ride home?" he asked and I sighed. I was honestly too lazy to walk home and I didn't want to call and bother Stefan any more. I finally agreed and got into his car.

"What were you doing?" I turned to look at him. His window was rolled down and the wind was making his dark hair fly around messily, but still perfect. One of his hands was on the wheel and the other was out the window. His eyes looked from me back to the road before he answered.

"Driving," he said simply making me roll my eyes at his dull answer.

"Yeah, but why?"

"Why do you ask so many questions?" he jokingly asked with a playful smirk on his pink lips.

"Because like you said, I'm nosy. So will you answer my question?" he rolled his eyes and licked his lips turning down the radio that was playing music in the background.

"I was bored, got into my car, started driving, saw you and decided to be a gentleman and pick you up," he finally answered.

"Well thanks. I was dreading having to walk back home," I told him making his eyebrows furrow.
