Day 3

<<Speaking English>>

The sun was practically hanging overhead as the busses arrived at the construction site later then expected. One by one, the clients stepped out and began stretching their legs and looking around, trying to get a better idea of where exactly they were.

They stood outside a huge location with two large buildings still under construction.

One that looked nearly completed except for the landscape. Tape was over the windows as scaffolding was partially removed, laying beside the building as to be taken away at some point.

The other looked like a skeleton of a building with no walls, only floors levels were visible along with electrical wiring and lots of construction workers in hard hats moving around. Each of them busy with their own jobs to do.

April had arrived beforehand in a company van, along with Mr. Aimes and other staffers from the firm, trying to herd the clients together as team members from the construction company were gathered to greet the arriving guest. Although it seemed difficult at first, everyone was beginning to organize together.

As April was working through the crowd, she didn't notice Miss Aihara or Yuzu among them. She found herself searching, trying to see where they might be.

As she was looking, she couldn't help but feel a little happy in the hope of seeing them. Especially Yuzu, who she came to know pretty well. It was almost like searching for an old friend in a sea of people.

Then she saw Miss Aihara and Yuzu still near the busses speaking to one another. It appeared that they didn't realize everyone was gathered together to begin the tour of the site. She felt the urge to approach them, but her hands were full with the other reps in front of her.

That's when she noticed that Miss Aihara was pacing slowly back and forth, almost like something was bothering her as her hand was on her chin. While Yuzu stood beside her step sister trying to speak with her, moving her hands around as if she was trying to explain something.

They were too far away for April to hear what they were saying to each other, but it looked like something was wrong.

Then April notice that Miss Aihara suddenly stopped and said something to her sister, which made Yuzu have a confused look on her face for a moment. Neither one of them moved as Yuzu looked like she was being scolded.

They then turned and walked in the direction of the crowd to begin the tour, neither one speaking to one another.

And once again, April saw them side by side. Presenting themselves as the perfect representatives from the Aihara Corporation, doing the job they were sent to do. Only this time, Yuzu has a saddened look on her face, almost like something was bothering her.

April had the urge to approach Yuzu and ask if everything was okay, but her duties and responsibilities wouldn't allow her to do so, which upset her sometimes about her job.

<<Alright ladies and gentlemen>> said a staffer from the firm, which caught April's attention. <<We'd like to welcome you all to the New Hall construction site. We have with us here today the representatives from Hightower Construction, who will give us a tour and answer any questions you may have.>>

As a gentleman stepped forward and began to address the crowd, April noticed that Miss Aihara and Yuzu were standing nearby to listen in. She still wanted to ask what might be wrong, but it would have to wait for now.

Everyone had to wear hard hats as they moved into the near completed building, where the construction firm was pointing out details of the newest features in building aspects and improvements. They were very thorough in their presentation and continued to guide the tour with pride and professionalism. There was a lot of walking around, but not enough to exhaust anyone.
