Nagagalit ako sa sarili ko dahil alam kong kahit papaano ay tama si Audrey. May nalalaman ako pero hindi ko sinabi... but I had my reasons. 

What really happened?

Nakita ko kung paano nahirapan mag-stay sa bahay si Yumi dahil wala siyang choice. Napapansin ko rin mula pagkabata niya ay gumagawa na siya ng mga bagay na gusto ni Daddy. I thought maybe because she wants to make my daddy proud. It makes sense because dad is all she have. 

But it was the first time that I saw her changed, from head to toe, from her daily expressions and the way she acts. She became carefree. She became a person without hesitation. Hindi kami masyadong nag-uusap pero bawat galaw niya ay pinapansin at binabantayan ko. Dahil gusto kong kahit sa ganitong paraan, maging ate man lang ako sa kanya. 

Kaya naman noong nagpakilala siya ng suitor sa parents ko ay nagulat ako. It was a dinner party...

"Dad, this is Dex. Dex, meet my dad." They shook their hands. And the moment he laid his stare at me, behind my father's back, I immediately saw fear and shock in his eyes. 

He was trembling. I am too. It was Dex. It was Chelsea's boyfriend. My bestfriend's boyfriend. 

Matagal ko nang kaibigan si Chelsea at nasaksihan ko rin kung paano naging sila ni Dex. Wala namang problema kung hindi lang ipinakilala ni Yumi si Dex sa daddy ko bilang boyfriend.

I don't know what I would do. My sister is very happy and I don't want to ruin it. I know now that Dex is a jerk but I also know that Chelsea loves him so much. Both of them are important to me. 

"Excuse me. I'll go to the powder room." 

Nanginginig ang mga kamay ko habang hawak ang purse ko. Nagulat na lang ako nang magsalita si Dex sa likod ko. 

"Clo." Nilingon ko siya at hindi ko napigilan ang sarili kong sampalin siya. 

"JERK!"

"I don't know. I am sorry." I saw guilt in his eyes. 

I scoffed. Damn this man..

"And if you know? Dapat mas ginalingan mo, ganun ba yun?" My eyes were piercing. Nagagalit ako para sa dalawang taong importante sa akin. 

"Please don't tell Chelsea."

I smirked. "Are you even really guilty? Don't worry I wont tell anyone. Hindi ko kasalanan ito kaya wala akong gagawin o sasabihin. Problema mo yan. Pero siguraduhin mong mamili ka. Ayusin mo ito Dex at huwag mo akong idamay."

I slap him again. This time, it was hard as his face. 

"The first was for my bestfriend. This one is for my sister. "

After that dinner party, I still hang out with my friends but I became aloof to Dex. 

"Hey. Let's go to Lifestyle tomorrow. May bagong bukas raw na ice cream shop." 

Chelsea clings her arm to mine. I immediately felt guilty. I had a lot to do sa Theathers Club since may nalalapit na kaming play pero pumayag ako dahil guilty ako. 

"Okay." I nodded. 

"Oh my gosh, Clo. Akala ko pipilitin na naman kita." 

She laughed. I smiled. Definitely feeling all the guilt that Dex should have. 

"Oh Clo, nagdala ako ng notes sa math."

"Thanks Chels." 

Kinuha ko iyon at nagsimulang mag-picture ng notes kanina.
