Birthday Trouble

I walked out beyond pissed. I can't believe she pulled some shit like that. Shit. Is she even worth all this damn trouble?

Shawn PoV

I really can't believe the way bey was acting. This woman was damn near stalking me. First she acts bitchy then she follows me. What kind of fatal attraction shit is this? After I've helped her, taken care of her and treated her like the queen she is and she accuses me of cheating. I love that woman and I've never cared about a woman as much since Jerome's mom. I know bey just got out of a relationship but damn that was two months ago. I thought I've proved myself by now but I guess I haven't, so until she learns to trust me. were taking a break.

Bey POV

I think I just lost the man of my dreams. I never meant for Shawn to get so upset. I care about him and I know I should trust him but I'm scared. I love him and i don't want to get hurt. I have my wall up and I'm slowly trying to bring it down. Its hard for me to let someone love me after being hurt so bad and now that I have Shawn I'm not sure how to let him. But I guess it doesn't matter now because he broke up with me. I want to earn him back but I don't know how. I need this man. He is my kryptonite. He's my jelly to my peanut butter. He is my nail polish to my nail. I love him....

Shawn POV

My birthday is in three days and I was planning a huge surprise with bey that's why T was always meeting with me. I wanted to take Bey to France and eat on the Eiffel tower. It was gonna be a romantic

dinner. I just wanted to let her see how proud of her I was. She's been so strong, but oh well she blew it. I called a couple relatives and invited them over. I'm just going to have a little get together.

Today is the dayyyyyyyyy

Its my birthday. I'm finally 31. I laid awake in my bed when I felt a body drop on me.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY" Jerome had rushed in without hesitation.

"Thanks kiddo"

"I bought you something "

"Really? Can I have it now?"

"Nope. We have to wait."

"Wait on what?"

"Beyonce"

"Um...what do you mean?"

"She's supposed to be here for your birthday."

" I don't think she's coming JJ"

"Why?"

"Well she's very busy and we aren't really talking right now"

" Well maybe you guys can make up? Ok daddy?"

"Ok " I chuckled and thought about Jerome. Maybe we could make up. I mean I should give her a chance to explain herself.

"Jerome go call bey"

I wasn't fully sure about this but I'll give it a shot. Jerome went and called bey but he sounded kind of sad. I over heard him and I felt bad AF.

" I know bey. I miss you. Daddy isn't as fun without you around. "

"Ok...so will you come?"

"Please...but..its his bday"

"Really??"

"Yessss Ok see you later."

Jerome came back in and said she was coming. My party Is later on tonight. My family is supposed to be coming through. I wanted everybody to meet bey and see how good she is for me but now she's just a friend.

Bey POV

I just got off the phone with Jerome and he misses me. I miss him too. I'm surprised I was invited to Shawn's birthday but I'm guessing that was Jerome's doing. I decided to just wear some pants. I don't think anyone is gonna be there. I remember talking to Shawn and he said it was gonna be a intimate little birthday dinner with just us but that was before the little fiasco.

It was 7 and I needed to be at Shawn's by 8 so I got ready and made my way out the door. I pulled up to Shawn's place. I saw more cars than normal but went up to the door. A couple moments later a old woman woman came to the door. I assume she was Shawn's mother. He was a spitting image of her.

"Hello I'm Beyoncé"

She looked at my hand and spat " I know who you are"

She rolled her eyes and let me through. This was going to be a long night.
