The Power Of Dogs ~Bughead

A couple days later and Jughead had just recieved a text of Betty saying that she was going to her sisters house in a couple of hours. So he got up and got dressed. He then signed two copies of his new book which was going to be in stores today.

Within a couple hours Betty arrived at his front door and they headed to Polly's house.

"Right Jug so I'll go in and you stay here for a second and then I'll tell them I have a surprise, blindfold them and let you inside"

"Ok good plan"

Jughead waited in the Betty's car while she headed inside. Within 5 minutes she was back outside again. She then lead Jugehad inside.

"Right Juni, Dag I have the surprise with me now. You can take your blindfold off in 3...2...1..."

They took their blindfold off to reveal Jughead standing there with two copies of his new book.

"No way omg I love you auntie Betty

"Wow"

"I signed them for you two as well"

"Cool"

"So Jughead how do you know auntie Betty?"

"Juniper, that's enough"

"Sorry mum, sorry auntie Betty"

"No it's fine Juni, Jug is my best friend"

Polly pulled a face at Betty while the twins hugged both Betty and Jughead. Jughead made a note of that. Polly knew something about Betty. Perhaps a secret who knows.

Betty and Jughead stayed for lunch with Polly and the twins. And then went back to Jughead's, picked up Buddy then headed to Betty's. They got out of the car and Betty went inside picked up Alfie and then they went on a dog walk through Betty's local park.

"So Betts tell me about your life, I mean I've met your sister,niece and nephew but tell me more about you"

"Well as you know I'm a vet and own my own practice, I'm 26. I have always loved animals especially dogs but I've never had one before because my dad is allergic so I couldn't have one as a child and uh...m-my"

"You dont have to say it if you don't want to Betts"

"No I want to basically my lying cheating ex Archoe I mean his real name is Archie but I call him Archoe. Anyway his childhood dog Vegas died when Archoe was 18 and he never wanted another dog as no one could replace Vegas. We had been togther since the start if high school. But I'm over him now and I have a better life."

"Oh well he sound like an awful person and definitely didn't deserve you. You are way too good for him and I'm glad you have a better life now. You know mostly about my life but I can tell you some more if you like.

"Yeah tell me more"
