Chapter 20

"Cancel all my schedules tomorrow. I need to go somewhere." I said to Amanda while reading some documents for the Cebu Project.

"Copy Madam. Anything else po?"

"None. You may go."

I sighed after Amanda left the room. I dont really have plans for tomorrow. I just want to rest the whole day or just drink with my cousins. Its been years since our last bonding.

I started reading bussiness proposal and immediately throw it to the trash bin. Just by looking at it you would know that its fraud bussiness proposal.

"Madam lunch na po." Amanda said as she enters the office.

"Im full. You can take my food. Thank you." I answered.

Truth is I havent eaten any. Im not full Im just not in the mood to eat. I've no appetite. And I dont know why.

Honestly, after I saw Drake yesterday, my pain,guilt and everything came back to me. Every moments and every single things that happen flashes back on my mind.

I smiled bitterly when I remember how happy we were back then until she came. Until everything is ruined.

I immediately diverted my attention on the folder that I've been reading before my tears fall.

"Amanda, set another meeting for the Cebu Project I want to make some changes." I told my secretary while signing some bussiness contracts.

"Okay Madam. Wednesday 3pm lang po ang available time niyo since you want to cancel your schedules tomorrow."

"Thats fine. Just inform Gonzales company. I'll be going now. Pwede kana din umuwi."

I called my cousins to meet me at Pier One. I just decided to hang out with them since I ask Amanda to cancel my schedules and meetings today.

I ordered whiskey, tequilla, rum, cocktail, beer and blue label for the five of us.

"Pucha, dami niyan dai." Sabi ni Tracie habang nakaturo sa bote ng alak na inorder ko. "Broken kapa din ba? Tangina kailangan ka makaka move on?"

"Yah. Watch your mouth." I pouted. "Mahirap mag move on no."

"Lumandi ka kasi try mo. Makaka move on ka kaagad."

"Di ako maka relate amp. Wala akong jowa, ka MU, kalandian, Ex na babalikan kahit kachat wala." Serena said.

"What happened to you and Ethan?" I ask. I know they're dating before I left.

"Ano pa nga ba? Malamang binusted niya. You guys know that she has no type no ideal man. Minsan iniisip ko tatanda yang dalaga." Sabat ni Hattie.

"Eh how bout you? Sure ka ng magpapakasal? Baka magbago isip mo itatakas na kita sabihin mo lang." I joked.

"Nako sure na yan. Deads na deads kay Alex yan." Tracie said. And we all laughed about what she said.

Nagpaalam ako sa kanila para pumunta sa dance floor. Medyo nahihilo na ko dahil marami rami na kaming nainom.

I dont know if Im just imagining things pero nasa harapan ko ngayon si Drake. He's looking at my eyes directly and I dont know if its just me but I can see anger in his eyes.

Why is he angry? Dahil sa pag iwan ko sa kanya? O dahil hindi ako nag paalam na aalis ako? Does he even think that leaving him is against my will too?

I diverted my attention and dance wildly. I didnt care if someone touches my butt I just continued dancing. I just stop when someone from the crowd grab me and bring me outside.
