27 - Wedding Bells

Seokjin's POV

"Are you guys serious? I don't believe it!"

Namjoon laughed out and hid his head in Jungkook's chest. They were so cute. I watched as both Jimin and Yoongi's expressions mirrored each other. They both looked shocked and a little suspicious? I don't know. My boyfriend, who had been quiet all this time, stepped forward with a huge smile on his face.

"Well, I am surprised but I know my friend and when he makes a decision, he sticks by it. So I'm not shocked. Let me be the first to congratulate you both and assure you Namjoon, Jungkook is a man of honor. If he has asked you to marry him, he will never let you down," Taehyung said, patting his friend on the back.

"Thank you Tae. You know you gotta be my best man right?"

"Of course Kook. I wouldn't have it any other way. And I know I can count on you when it's Jin and my turn too."

They hugged and I pulled my oldest friend to me and hugged him close. I was so happy for him. I could see that Jungkook really did love him so much. And Namjoon was just crazy about Kook too.

"Hey my baby. You know I got your back. We'll make this the best day of your lives," I reassured my friend.

Namjoon nodded and held me close. A small tear escaped my eye and he wiped it away slowly.

"Don't cry Jinnie. Please. You know you'll make me cry too."

"I'm sorry my baby. I just can't believe you're going to be married. When did we all grow up so quickly?" I stated. "Yoongi, why are you so quiet?"

I looked at my friend, who seemed to be weighing something heavy on his mind. Jimin too was quiet.

"I guess I'm just stunned that's all. I never thought the three of us would ever go our separate ways but then we got the contract and now Joonie is getting married. I guess I feel sad that we'll be splitting up."

"Yoongi, please let me reassure you that that will never happen. I will never take your friend away from you. I know what you all mean to each other and truthfully, if Tae hadn't met Seokjin, I would never have met this beautiful and amazing man next to me. I love him so much and I love you all too. You're all our family," Jungkook said and I couldn't hold back my tears any longer.

Taehyung held me close as Jimin sat down next to us, deep in thought. I guess he too had had a shock. Hoseok walked into the room then and took in the scene.

"Now what the fuck happened? Who do I have to fuck up? Why is that handsome Seokjin crying? Ima bust someone up!" Hoseok declared and we all laughed a little as we watched him throw some air punches.

"No ones fighting anyone Hobi hyung," Jimin said, a small smile finally settling on his lips. "Namjoon and Jungkook are getting married."

"Whhhaaaaat! Well fuck me! My little Kookoo is all grown up! Fuck! He beat your ass to it V. You too slow with Seokjin. If he was my man, I'd already be having 4 kids with him," Hoseok declared and everyone laughed except for Tae and me. No one knew of my childless state except Namjoon.

"Thank you Hobi for those lovely and thoughtful words. But Seokjin and I don't really want to have children," my fiancè stated and my heart swelled with pride and love for him. Namjoon held my hand tightly and I smiled up at him. My best friend knew me well.

"Well, then I guess I should say good luck to your ass Namjoon. Jungkook doesn't shoot blanks I'm sure," Hoseok stated matter of factly, blowing on his manicured hands. "You'll be pregnant before you can say 'I do'."
