*In Neverland under the sea*
Sirena felt a sudden pain in her arm. She was so surprised that she couldn't even manage to get a sound out of her mouth.
She was out searching for pearls with her best friend Coralia when the pain suddenly struck. Searching for oyster with pearls, were one of Coralia's and Adrianna's favourite things to do. It was pretty rare to find a pearl, so it was always like a competition between the two girls who could find the most pearls. Then they would make jewelry when they had collected enough pearls. It took quite a few times of collecting before they had enough to do it. But that only made the jewelry more special when they had put hard work into making it.
Sirena finally screamed when she had gotten over her first shock. Coralia immediately looked up from her searching. "Sirena! What's wrong?" She quickly swam to Sirena.
"I.. I.. don't know.. Something is wrong with my arm, I think", Sirena said with a shaky voice. "Oh my god Sirena, your arm is red", Coralia said. A small area of Sirena's arm was beginning to turn bright red. "Does it hurt a lot?" Coralia asked worried. "It's starting to fade, but it still hurts a bit".
"Okay, but we should probably head home. Maybe somebody knows what the hell is going on here. Can you swim or does it hurt too much?" Coralia said. "Yeah it's not my fin that's hurting. You know it's probably nothing. Maybe we should just stay here and not worry anyone. I'm fine." Sirena was scared but she tried to sound casual. She didn't want her parents to worry about something like this. "Don't be stupid Sirena! Like a minute ago you screamed in pain! Of course we have to tell some one about this. Don't you wan to find out what happened? Let's go. We don't have to tell you parents. We can go to some one that knows a lot about the magic world. Like Mr. Gar for example!" "Fine.." Sirena sighed. But she was still relieved that maybe there was a perfectly normal explanation for this.
