the belles- explanation
this entire book is basically my own personal indulgence on a flight to florida. i was listening to "movement" by hozier and boom inspiration hit, and here i am.
i definitely shouldn't be writing this, i should be writing residents or wish u were gay but i'm here instead
anyways, this book is heavily inspired by the book the belles by Dhonielle Clayton
in a nutshell, a group of girls (guys in this case) have the magical ability to change the looks of others in a process called "tailoring".
the belles will be the pretty setters.
in this universe, beauty defines societal structure and controls who is essentially in power, therefore the belles are among the most powerful in the kingdom, even rivaling the royal family.
updates will most likely be sporadic, but each update will be a new "part" with three relatively short chapters from different character's perspectives.
