chapter 23

aliza's pov
today around 4 mattia and i are going back home.
my dad is taking us to the airport and the boys are picking us up. mattia is still sleeping and it's 12. my dad is at work for an hour and i'm making pancakes w chocolate chips in some little shorts and a shirt.
as i am reaching for a plate i feel mattia's big hands on my waist, "morning baby" he says hugging and kissing my neck, "good morning" i say kissing him back, "smells good".

my dad gets home as mattia and i are sitting on the couch watching whatever is on tv.
"you guys want anything to eat before i drop you off" my dad asks buttoning his shirt, "oh no thank you i'm okay" mattia smiles, "i'm okay dad thank you".

it eventually is time to leave, mattia loads our bags into my dads car as i get ready into a small shirt and sweatpants. we all get into the car and drive about 20 mins to the airport. my dad pulls up to our terminal entrance. mattia gets off and grabs our bags, "i'll miss you mija" my dad says before hugging me, "i'll see you soon dad" i smile, "be safe. and mattia", before he finishes mattia turns to make eye contact, "keep her safe and well", "of course" mattia says, my dad waves as we leave off to security.

i see alejandro waving as we grab our bags off the carousel. the boys rush over to us and hug mattia before hugging me, "we weren't gone for that long" i laugh, "shut up" kai says, ale takes our bag and we walk over to his car. in the car kai talks about a new girl and how pretty she is which makes me a lil jealous cus i bet she is and idk anyways we finally get back to my house and my mom opens the front door as i get off the car, mattia grabs the bag as my mom tightly hugs me. "how was it" she asks as the bigs and i walk into the house, "great" i smile.

in the car mattia seems to get annoyed, i place my hand on his thigh and he moves my hand . we get to his house and he doesn't kiss me goodbye or ask if i want to come over. ale then drops me off at home, "what's up w mattia" kai asks, "not sure" i say grabbing my bags, "thank u".
