Kakashi's P.O.V.
She literally just passed out in the middle of a sentence. Like, legit. Her head fell back against my shoulder and through her mask I could see her mouth open. It was kinda cute. I didn't wanna take the risk of moving her in case she woke up, so I moved Yumi to a more comfortable place against my side and closed my eyes. Just as I was about to fall asleep a loud boom echoed through the room.
My eyes snapped open to see Samika riding a unicorn into the room. I shook my head and realized that she was just using Naruto as a horse. Made more sense.
"WHERE IS ONEE-CHAN?! WHERE IS SHE!? I MUST SEE HE---- oooooooo shiny" the young girl cooed, following a light spot on the wall. My goodness she's ADD.
"Hey Naruto, why are you being ridden like a horse?" I asked the young blonde. He looked at me and gave me a sheepish grin.
"She bought me ramen. Lots of it." he replied honestly
"Well, I guess that's understandable" I chuckled. Knowing that ramen was his biggest weakness.
"Oh, and Samika, please keep it down, Yumi is trying to sleep before they patch up her side," I stated quietly, not wanting to disturb the woman beside me.
"OH- I mean oh, my bad," Samika whispered/yelled, still following the light spot that moved.
The nurse walked in and smiled at me before giving a confused look to Samika and Naruto.
"Sorry, ma'am. Yumi is Samika's new guardian while she's here and she wanted to make sure Yumi was alright. And Naruto.. well.. he was her ride here." I explained, giving the nurse a closed-eye smile.
"Oh.. well.. ok then. I'm going to stitch up Ms. Yumi's side now, so if you could help me lift her shirt." the nurse asked politely.
Suddenly a hand flew out and knocked me off the bed and away from Yumi.
"NO! You're a guy! I'll help the nurse with Onee-chan's wound!" Samika growled, standing over me.
"Naruto, Kakashi, go wait outside," she ordered, glaring at both of us and ushering us out the door.
I hope Samika doesn't cause too much trouble...

Yumi's P.O.V
I woke up to the sound of a man screaming in pain..
"What a weird way to wake up" I thought as I drifted back to sleep..
