I completely forgot that this takes place in july......3 weeks prior to the start of Hogwarts in the 5th year.

Sebastian Pov

I was in the training room, practicing throwing knives. My mind kept going back to the day I had the trial in Alicante.

The shock and surprise over the fact that they let me live was quite overwhelming. In hell when Heosphoros had been plunged into my heart, well the word agony, pure agony didn't cover it.

The blade with the fire of heaven plunged into a person who is part greater demon is not pleasant. Definetly not pleasant. Although the demon inside me burned away my physical abilities are still there with me.

When I had started screaming purple coloured fumes came out of me, like little by little the demon burned away.

I was glad Drake, Clary and I were starting to have a better relationship.

Neither Clary nor me grew up with siblings, so the feeling of having someone to share moments, well it felt nice.

Draco grew up with Jace and later with Alec and Isabelle, which gave him a sense of familiarity with me, but even he was learning.

We were all broken though we were trying to fix ourselves. Growing up with Valentine as a father figure was not what you called nice.

My relationship with my mother had also improved. A lot. It was nice to have someone care for you, not because they have to but because they want to.

Draco had Maryse as his mother for 7 years. So when he found out that his adoptive mother was the parabatai of his real mother he finally understood why Marsye felt like his own mom.

When you become parabatai, a part of the other person comes into you.......or so I have heard. After all I live with 3 pairs of parabatai.

My relationship with Jace also got better. He was probably one of the first people who tried to accept me. After all he also grew up with Valentine's harsh training.

Surprisingly it was Hermione Lightwood who tried to accept him. Even after he killed Max. He had profusely apologized for that but it won't make up for the things he had done.

It was hard for everyone bit people were trying to move on. Clary had even quoted this during dinner once, Embrace your past, it makes you who you are today. Learn to accept things as they are and move on because life is too short to live in the past forever but I was more than a 100% sure that everyone knew it was the truth, well except Magnus.........He immortal till a certain age.

"What has the wall ever done to you?" Said a voice. I turned around and saw Isabelle standing there with a eyebrow raised. Jace who was also in the training room came over.

I just shook my head and asked "What ever are you doing here Isabelle?"

"Mum is calling all of you downstairs."

At that Jace frowned and asked "Why are they calling us"

"No clue." Was her reply.
We just nodded and followed her down.

When we got there I was surprised to see Draco and Hermione standing there with a tall man with a wicked beard. There was also my mom, Maryse, Clary, Simon, Luke, Alec and Magnus.

Jace and I immediately went and hugged them followed by Isabelle.

"It is so good to see you guys!" Exclaimed Clary. They just smiled but there was sadness in their eyes.
