POV Jade; Windhelm

I was awaken from my sleep due to a dull noise. I open my eyes. I felt tired and exhauted, although I slept like a newborn. I turned myself in my bed, snuggling my bedsheet and strechting. Sunbeam shon upon my face. I uncovered myself and sat on my bed. I rubbed my eyes and yawned a couple of times before getting dressed and ready to head downstares. I bound my hair into a braid.
I open the door and got out, walking to the stares. I overheard joyful chatting and the sound of cutlery. As I entered the kitchen, everyone got silent. I saw Elda serving everyone milk and everyone sitting on the table.
"Good morning, miss Jade", Gandalf greeted me, inviting me to the table. I smiled and sat down next to Kíli. He looked at me shyly. I blushed and poured myself some tea. I offered him a bit of tea.
"Oh no, thank you. I'm done anyways", he said, rubbing his stomach. I laughed and got prepared to eat. I was hungry like an cavebear.
"You should eat a lot. Might get hungry later...", Thorin looked at me while looking out of the window. I almost chocked the piece of bread in my mouth. Kíli put another piece of bread on my plate and poured me some wine.
"Wine in the morning?", I questioned him. He smiled and shrugged his shoulders. I liked his smile a lot.
"You're a bard. You should know better!", he joked and pressed his elbow into my arm. I nodded and ate calmly. I chewed really slow as every stare was on me. Only Thorin wasn't looking. Something was foul here.
I stood up from the table and crossed my arms.
"Enough. Something is going on. Now tell me."
The dwarves stopped looking at me and continued eating in silence. I was annoyed and sat back down. Gandalf was smoking from his pipe.
"Do you know by any chance, a powerful mage, Jade?"
I stopped chewing the food in my mouth.
"A mage?", I asked.
He nodded and looked deep into my eyes. It almost felt like he was staring into my soul, which made me nervous without any reason.
"Why?", I risked asking. All of the sudden Thorin turned around, with his hands on his back. He looked at the ground and walked muted out of the kitchen, upstares. Some dwarves sighed and some started to mumbling with each other.
"We need one", Gandalf continued our conversation.
I raised my eyebrow and cut the apple on my plate.
"I do know a mage.", I said nervously almost cutting my own finger off. Kíli turned to me. And all eyes were once again over me. Gandalf drank some tea and sastified put the cup down.
"We need that mage."
I blinked a couple of times.
"Where is he?", he asked.
I smirked.
"It's a she, actually."
Some dwarves let out a little chuckle and Gandalf raised his eyebrow.
"Well, nevermind. Gender doesn't matter. Where is she?"
I ate a piece of the apple.
"In the College of Winterhold."
Gandalf looked at me with a confused face. I swallowed the piece of apple and stood up. I walked to the window, which had a view of a mountain. Everyone in the room followed each of my movement.
"Over this mountain, lays a once big city, Winterhold. Due some nature disasters, it's just a ruin with a good working tavern and of course, the Mage College of Winterhold."
The view was beautiful.
"Many people lost their homes. Friends. Families. Like you..."
Thorin came back, walking towards me with slow steps. I tried not to look nervous or not do anything awkward.
"Can we reach Winterhold til midnight?"
I laughed silly and shook my head.
"You'd at least need 2 days to reach Winterhold. With horses, of course."
He stood next to me, observing the mountain. I sat down at the table and drank my tea. I didn't liked to be near him. I just didn't felt safe around him. Gandalf looked at me.
"How do you know her?"
I smiled.
"She... She's my sister."
Bilbo coughed. We all turned our heads to him. He blushed and drank some water. He made a hand movement and we all came back to our conversation.
"What's her name?"
"Yelina."
Gandalf raised his eyebrow and was rather surprised and let a smile escape his lips.
"Yelina, the bewitching Temptess?"
I laughed out loud.
"If you say so. In Skyrim she is feared as the most arrogant and bitchy mage student."
"But can she help us?", Fíli asked out of nowhere. Bilbo sitting next to him rolled his eyes.
Gandalf smiled happily.
"Of course she will!"
I bit another piece of the apple and looked at Gandalf and Thorin the same time.
"Let's hope she's going to be in a good mood."
