Soulmates{This applies to everyone, not just Monsters but humans too}: When two people are soulmates they are attracted to each other. They feel their soul, or heart for humans who are not in tune with their SOUL, speed up around their soulmate. There is also a small tattoo that only appears when you meet their soulmate. Sometimes it can itch when it appears but very few people experience this.

The tattoo is something that is similar to either their personality, looks or what their SOUL trait is of their soulmate. The most common is the first two(like 42.5% chance each) and the last one is kinda rare(15% chance). Also the last option is less likely for humans and more for Monsters.

For first two there's no difference between human and Monster tattoos{except the person obviously}. The only difference is the third option.

For the last option, if someone had a human SOUL of kindness for a soulmate it could be the shape of a heart and the color is green. It could be any shape it just has to have the color of the person's SOUL.

For someone who has a Monster for a soulmate  and they got the last option, they have the color of the monster's SOUL and it's a upside down heart. Monsters do have normal traits like humans do it's just that only hybrids and monsters can see the traits.

They are also connected through a string around their soul. When the strings connect, they mix colors and have a glow around it. The strings connect by a kiss on the lips.

When they haven't connected with their soulmate yet the strings have no glow and is their original color. The strings color depends on the soul. So if someone have a deep green colored soul, their string would also be deep green.

If someone has two soulmates it's the same except when only one of the soulmates kissed one then only half the string will mix color and glow. Until all three have kissed each other they will feel like they're missing something even if they have kissed one of there soulmates. And the tattoo will be cut in half and when they meet their other soulmate the other tattoo will be the other half.

When all three have kissed each other, the string is half a mix of them and their's and the other half is a mix of the other and their's.

This Multiverse does not have magic however they do have a knowledge about SOULs and soulmates. They can only check their own SOUL and they can't check someone else's SOUL as that requires magic.
