Chapter 3(Soulmate!NaJ Multiverse)

'Error's thoughts.'

"Lust..no- Hearts speaking."
'Hearts thoughts'

*In the alleyway with Hearts and Error*

Hearts didn't know what to do when they come on him. He was just walking home from work. He tried screaming but they covered him mouth. He started thrashing about to try to get away from. It didn't work. Then he heard a shout.

"Hey!"

He saw a kid who looked as if he went to heck and back but then went back again. He looked about 17. He had scars all over his body and that's only what he could see. He had a huge crack on his right side his skull that almost split it in half. It looked like it was turning into a scar.

He could only see his head, neck and below his knees. He had a red long sleeved sweater that was ripped in multiple ways that shouldn't be possible. He could almost see his ribs. He had black pants that was also ripped.

Apparently the monsters didn't notice his battle scars because they started to try and attack him. They failed, miserably. Hearts are surprised. 'How did he do that?' He always wanted to know self-defense but he never had the time.

After the last guy ran they stared at each other for a minute. Until the kid started speaking. "Sup."  He snapped out of his daze realizing he's still sitting. He stood up and responded.

"Hey..umm..thanks.. for saving me from those guys.." Hearts awkwardly spit out. He didn't have much interaction with people. The only interactions he has is at work and even then it's short.

"Oh..umm..your welcome."
"Sooo..my name is Hearts love and what's your name??"

Hearts was unsure of himself. He didn't know how to approach him. He didn't know anything. On the other hand Error was going with it. He didn't have a place to stay or anything so why not just hang out with Hearts.

"My name? Well my name is.."

He thought for a moment. He can't just call himself Error, there's already an Error in this world. An idea popped in his head.

"..String."

(Thank you to whoever had the idea of renaming him String in another book!! I don't remember who did it and I'm too lazy to look almost everywhere for it, sorry. And sorry for the short chapter. Chapters will become longer as you go.)
