the "motive"

*3 days of exploration later *

It was the 4th day of us being trapped here in this prison, and I had just woken up to that stupid annoying voice: monokumas voice... I just flipped over and covered my head up with my pillow and played there a little longer, not wanting to get up. I played there for at least 30 minutes before I heard a knock at my door. I got up straightened my hair a little and went to see who was at the door. I open the door to see ishimaru and leon. "Come on dude get up every-" ishimaru cut leon off "you are 30 minutes late y/n, you know we are supposed to meet at the dinning hall every morning at 7 am sharp" I rub my eyes a bit "oh...sorry I just...I would say I forgot but that would be a lie. I didn't want to get up" leon face palmed and giggled lightly while Taka grabbed my wrist "y/n I'm taking you to the dinning hall" he then proceeded to drag me al, the way to the gym...great.

Once we got there everyone just stared at me for a moment with a kinda pissed expression. I sighed "sorry" I sat down next to mondo, he looked at me with an angry expression....I looked around and looked at Makoto "hey...were's Togami?" He sighed "I dont exactly kn-" and then coincidentally, he showed up. Celestia looked at togami and me "is there a reason you both are so late?" He looked at her sternly "fairly I dont care" I shrugged "what can I say, I was tired okay" she sighed.

Everyone started discussing random things...but my mind was stuck...dud we really have to kill each other to get out of here...will I even...survive...w-what if I-I n-never see my brother and sisters again...I want them to rest assured that I'm okay...but I can't even guarentee I will come out of here alive... I think mondo noticed I was scared or something "hey you good man." I snapped out of thought and rubbed my eyes "o-oh y-yeah I'm fine...its just...I...what if we dont get out of here" it seemed as if I said that loud enough because everyone looked my direction

Sayaka spoke up nervously "y-yeah is there a guarentee we will even come out of here safe?" Taka looked skared for a moment " there is no need to panic, none of us is hurt, we will all be fine..." aoi agreed "yeah and besides, we've been missing for 4 days, 4 DAYS, the police are looking everywhere for us, so we'll be fine" makoto nodded in agreement until...

"You all mind if I join you all" everyone looked over and gasped to see monokuma sitting in a chair. I look at him nervously "how...h-how long have you been there?" It giggled "long enough puhuhuhu" I rolled my eyes, Makoto spoke up "what do you want?" It giggled again "just listening, oh and if you really think the authorities can help you, then you are gravely mistaken, if they haven't found you ultimates yet, then there probably not even looking" everyone gasped in remark, it looked down "hmm... you all are all determined to not kill each other..." it looked up "Ah yes, what's the point of a murder..." it pulled out several DVDs with all of our names on the "WITB OUT A MOTIVE!!!" It laughed historically. I raised my eyebrow "huh? What do you mean by 'motive'?" It giggled (x3) "you'll see... everyone head to the RV room" then it dived under the table and dissapeared

I looked at the CD in my hand as I walked to the RV room, once i got in there, it had seemed everyone was in there. I sighed and sat down in front of a monitor. I looked up to see a huge momonokuma on the late flatscreen at the front of the room "now that everyone is here, please put your head phones on and put your CD in, and press play to see your motive!" It said the last part with enthusiasm, I look over to chihiro, who is sitting next to me, she seemed worried , I gave her a reassuring glance and then put I head phones on put my cd in the monitor, and hesitantly pressed play...

When it started it showed my brother and two sisters sitting on my bed, my older brother spoke "heya champ, if your getting this, then you should be at Hope's peak right now" I smiled at the video of my sibling. My older sister spoke next "y/n we all want to let you know, that we are very proud of you for getting into such a presaged school, and we know you worked very hard to get there" my younger sister looked at the camera mischievously "I'm gonna delete all of your saved memory on your Nintendo" my brother shoved her. Her smile turned into a more sincere one "I'm gonna miss you...YOU BETTER FREAKING VISIT!!" I smiled. My brother sighed "anyway, we just wanted to say that we love you and wish you luck" the video glitched to my brother siting on my bed "hey y/n we already recorded the message that you got, and I just wanted to say...I know you still blame your self for Terri's death..." my mind goes back to my younger brother who died in a car accident...the people there always said it should have been me... my brother continued "but I can reassure you...it isn't...the people at the orphanage were wrong in every aspect...please dont let the weight of guild, sorrow, and despair weigh you down, keep moving forward and persevere! I will be here on the sidelines to support you...I love yo-o-o-o" the video started to glitch out...and what I saw next...I heard my sisters alarming screams and saw my brothers bloody arm lying limp on the ground with his tattoo him and I shared facing my direction.

I got up quickly and threw off the head phones. I looked around me, everyone had a scared or shocked expression on there face I was tearing up until I heard sayaka alarming screams. I quickly look at her but it seems as if she had already ran away, while everyone was checking on her I looked at the tattoo on my arm.

I hesitantly took out a pen and made the same design again above it, but instead of putting Terri's name above it

*boi was that long. Like damn 1131 words. Any way the story behind the tattoo is that y/n, Toru (older brother), and Terri (dead younger brother decided that when one of you dies your going to make that design on your arm and write the person's name in the middle of it. So because Terri died in a car crash that was the first tattoo, so these tattoos are gonna be the main point of your story. Thanks for reading this chapter *
