Mina POV
I was walking home. Well not really I was walking around the school block and decided to stop at a bodega. Then I saw him in one of the aisles. The boy that I have a crush on.
His name is Kunpimook Bhuwakul, but to make it easy we call him BamBam.
BamBam is the new kid at highschool who moved to Korea from Thailand to be with his childhood friend Lisa. He is shy but very energetic and cool! BamBam is a skater and a dancer. He also has good fashion! We've only talked at school a few times and hanged at the park together. I consider them dates while he probably considers them hangouts. His smile is breathtaking and don't get me started about the visuals!
I went to his aisle so he could notice me but also to get some snacks. I was about to reach for the last bag of my favorite snack until I felt another hand on mine. I looked at my side and saw him staring at mine. We both retreated our hands quickly.
BamBam: Hey Mina! -pulls her into hug-
Mina: Hey BamBam! Didn't see you there. -hugs back-
BamBam: I didn't see you either -chuckles lightly- wanna share the bag? Or I could buy another snack of course.
Mina: We can share the bag! We can also chill at the park if you want.
BamBam: Yeah of course. - stares at her face for a while-
Mina: I-is there something on my face?
BamBam: No just beauty. -winks and leans forwards and puts a strand of hair behind Mina's hair-
Mina: I- thank you.
BamBam: No problem! I'll pay. Can you get us some drinks? I'll pay for that too.
Mina: No it's ok! I'll pay for the drinks you pay for the snack.
BamBam: -frowns- But that will be unfair. The drinks will cost more. I'll get another snack so it can be even!
Mina: Ok!
I went to the drink section. I remember him telling me that his favorite drink was Fruit Punch Snapple. (I'm making this up k?) I got two of those and gum cause you never know! As I was getting the gum I get a message from an unknown number.
??: Hey Mina!
Mina: Hey! Not trying to be rude or anything but who is this?
??: It's Chaeyoung. Your partner for history class.
Mina: Oh Chaeyoung! What's up?
Chaeyoung✨: Nothing much just wondering if you wanna come over so we can get to know each other better.
Mina: umm sorry Chae. I am a bit busy at the moment. Maybe tomorrow? Sorry again. I'm hanging with a friend.
Chaeyoung✨: Friend? Sana and Momo?
Mina: No BamBam
Chaeyoung✨: oh. ok. It's fine don't worry. We could just plan our meetup later!
Mina: Yeah! Ok I'll text you later bye!
Chaeyoung✨: Bye bye! :)
I put away my phone and go to the register and see BamBam waiting for me while scrolling on his phone. He is so hot! I tap him and he looks at me.
BamBam: Ready to pay?
Mina: Yeah!-puts everything on the register-
BamBam: What is with the gum?
