I just ignored and headed next to him, we listened to some music and talked a bit. But not much otherwise

"You ever get worried that your gonna see your shitty dad? Because my dad probably lives still in Danville, and were four days from Danville. Im scared im gonna see him" Johnny worried

"Im scared hes gonna just, scold me like he always did after my older brother, Nicholas's death"

"Johnny, I bet he wont. Look, he may have changed you know?" I asked, putting a hand on his shoulder

"Look what if he didnt change, Gyro. Sometimes, people dont change. What if hes still the crazy man he is who would always say that God chose the wrong son. The man that disowned me for a stupid fucking reason." Johnny sobbed.

"Listen, I'll kick his ass if he goes anywhere near you." I said calmly. "And, I'll try and be more communicative to you as well. Im gonna do my best throughout this trip."

"Really? Oh god, Gyro what would I do without you? I love you so much" Johnny sobbed. "I love you  so so so so so so much."

"I love you too, Johnny Joestar. I always will." I replied.

"I hope you really mean it, because Ive been told that and was later betrayed." Johnny sobbed

"Hey, Johnny. I truly mean it. Why the hell would I not mean it?" I sobbed along

Once we drove along, we both sobbed and yelled at some people that were slow and asshole kind of drivers. We were having the time of our lives

"Once we stop, I'm gonna go get us some snacks once we hit Kansas City okay?" Johnny yawned. "Jeez let's go find a motel, I'm getting kinda tired after that dick appointment from you last night."

"Sure." I said. We parked the car and headed towards the motel that's far but close to the border of Kansas and Colorado and checked in.

Once we arrived at our motel room, we just hopped on a bed and fell right asleep in each other's arms. Fast asleep as quick as bunny rabbits

Nonononononononononononono. Why are these memories coming back, I just don't want them back. You know what. I'm gonna find out when the nearest wedding ring store is and I'm buying a goddamn engagement ring.

So, they open at five am? Two hours from here? Alright. I'll just have to leave a note to say I was getting some smokes for myself.

As two thirty five in the morning hit, I got up as slowly and quietly as possible and drove the car for two hours. I was scared, but I can do this.

Once five am hit, I was the first one there and luckily got in

"Ah hello sir, what brings you here?" The worker asked.

"Nyo ho! Just an engagement ring!" I smiled.

"We have a horseshoe diamond one, its $100,000. Do you think you can afford that sir?" The worker asked.

"Luckily I had just that much in my college savings I wasn't ever gonna use anyways that I brought in cash so, here you go sir!" I said, piling up all the cash from my backpack.

"Oh my, thank you kind sir! Here is the ring, keep it safe and good luck with that lady!" The worker smiled

"Its a man, but thank you sir!!" I smiled and drove back
