The operations

Undyne pov
I was a little upset. I had to do heavy operations on the kid ... luckily Alphys was always with me to encourage and even help me.
I was supposed to do on her a blood transfusion ... but there was a problem. Nobody had the same blood as her.
But then I remembered doing operations on Alphys to heal her injuries. The blood type of (Y / N) was A +, just as the same as Alphys! I could mix the two types of blood so that she had the determination given by Alphys. I couldn't recreate her soul because it was too complicated and time-consuming but I could restore her characteristics of the soul she had. She had determination and kindness ... but we didn't have someone who had kindness as a soul here in Underswap.
I started having spasms when I started thinking I wasn't going to make it. But then I remembered that my original version had a green soul. I had to have the original Undyne blood, so I had to send someone to Undertale to get it.
I asked Alphys. She immediately went and was accompanied by Papyrus who created the portal.

Meanwhile...

Ink pov
I was in the anti-void, I was drawing. Dream was with me and every now and then she gave me positive feelings. I was sad and worried about (Y / N).
Dream kept telling me that everything would be okay and I kept hoping that his words would really come true. If I had lost forever (Y / N), I would never have rested myself and would have continued to live with the thought of being empty.

Meanwhile...

Undyne pov
I got the blood of my original version. Now I had the determination and the kindness. I mixed the two types of blood and picked up the syringe.
I had asked Blue to call Dream and Ink to assist with the kid's probable awakening.
Just as I was putting the syringe on her arm, Dream and Ink arrived with Blue.
For exactly 30 seconds I held the syringe in place in her arm and gradually pushed Alphys and Undyne's bloods into it.
When I took out the syringe I was panting.
The eyes of all the inhabitants of Underswap along with that of Dream and Ink were on (Y / N).
Suddenly, for half a second a kind of spark exploded in her hand.
This was repeated five times.
On the sixth time, the spark remained visible and floated above the palm of her hand.
It was a save button.
We all stood watching it.
"I-i think we should ... click it"

Ink pov
What was happening? A save button had appeared out of nowhere and floated above her hand.
Then Undyne said that we shoul "click it". I was scared to lose her.
"So...who will do it?" Undyne asked.
"I think you should do it Ink, you wete all for her" Dream spoke.
"Me? O-okay"
I approached and slighty touched the save button.
As soon as I touched it it disappeared with a small pop.
Nothing happened.
I started to cry.
Suddenly her fingers started shaking.
I looked at her face.
She was breathing.
Her chest rose and fell, albeit slightly.
Undyne walked over, she too had tears in her eyes.
He asked us to call Reaper and Life and bring them here.
Dream teleported.
Undyne grabbed the kid's breath display and checked it to make sure it was all normal in her breathing.
Everything was ok.
Reaper, Toriel and Dream have returned to us.
Reaper immediately checked her hourglass. Instead of going down, the sand rose. It was as if someone had turned back time. Reaper was flabbergasted.
"Impossible! This is not going the way it should! The sand is going the wrong way!" Reaper said worried.
"LOOK! SOMETHING IS HAPPENING!"
Blue screamed.
I immediately looked at (Y / N). She breathed heavilly. She seemed to be suffocating.
Undyne ripped the IV from her arm and pulled the covers off trying to calm her down. Her chest rose and fell abnormally but her eyes were always closed.
Life came closer and placed her hands on her chest to calm her down. And she succeeded.
She started breathing normally and the display stopped giving errors.
We stood there staring at her.

That evening...

Undyne told us we had to go because he would have to do more operations and make sure that everything was going right in (Y / N )'s body.
I got up but something grabbed my shirt.
"St-ay........"
