23 weeks pregnant
Christian was in the process of getting ready as a childhood friend of his was in town for the week,
"You take forever to get ready," the younger American groaned as she sat on his bed getting impatient,
"I'm sorry I just have somethings on my mind right now Carly," Christian huffed as he turned around and looked at the young blonde who sat there with a frown on her face,
"Is it about Darcy?" Carly had been told about Darcy after she found out that her best friend was about to become a father,
"Yea, we've just been fighting to the point where I haven't even told her that you were coming," he confessed as Carly reached around him and slapped the back of his neck,
"You do realise how me being here looks to a girlfriend who's currently on a trip right?" Carly hadn't met Darcy yet and she definitely didn't want to met her in a situation that didn't look right,
"You're like a sister to me so she has nothing to worry about," Christian shrugged the matter off despite his best friends worries,
"All I'm going to say is that you should just talk to her, and that our Uber is outside so let's get going," once Carly has seen how sad Christian was she decided to take him on a night out on the town, but with no alcohol involved of course.
It was the next morning and Darcy was busy playing with Rocco in the living room completely unaware of the conversation going on in the kitchen,
"So what's the plan with this?" Trent asked the older boy wondering how they were going to handle the situation,
"Well we have to keep her busy for as long as possible with no phone and then we also get whatever we say in here stays in here," Andy pointed to the group of his teammates who were standing around the kitchen island with him,
"So I'll take her out for coffee first since we already planned that and then someone else can get her for something else," Gini explained as he grabbed his car keys,
"No that cafe is always filled with football fans, but we first have to get her phone from her before she goes," Andy pointed to the young girl who was busy playing with her nephew,
"There's that quiet cafe around a block away from that," Virgil said as he looked up from his phone as he pointed to a cafe that he had found on Google,
"Okay so Gini has her for coffee and then every time we switch activities a new person takes her," Trent whispered as they heard footsteps getting close only meaning that it could have either been Rocco or Darcy,
"Okay so I'll get her phone off of her and then Gini can take her to the cafe, and remember she cannot find out about that article," Trent mumbled the last part as Darcy walked into the kitchen holding her nephew,
"You ready to go?" Darcy asked the older Dutch boy who stood there for a silent moment and then quickly smiled,
"Yea, lets get going," Gini quickly tried to get the girl out of the room as she quickly stopped him so she could put the child down,
"Let me give the girl a hug before she goes," Trent gave Darcy a hug and slowly pulled out her phone from the back pocket of her jeans,
"You four are acting like so weird," she looked at the group as they all awkwardly smiled and waved goodbye to her.
"So how far along are you?" Gini asked as he sipped his cappuccino,
"I think I'm like twenty three weeks almost twenty four," Darcy counted with her fingers as she tried to remember,
