Chapter Eleven.

"So you got back safe?" Grabbing your coat, you ask.

"Yeah, few hours ago. Sorry we couldn't be there today."

"It's only new years eve, no big fuss."

"Yeah but you're alone!"

"Kiba might be coming over later- I'm fine, Nate."

"Alright"

"How's Lawliet?"

"I haven't seen him since you have- how should I know?"

"I've seen the way you look at him, and him to you. It's obvious, you know?"

"What is?"

"That you love him again."

"D-do not..."

"Suuuure. I gotta go, I'll talk to you later."

"Alright, see ya. Say bye to Mihael to me too!"

"Will do. Bye!"

Sighing, you put the phone down and put your coat on. After grabbing your keys and stuff, you open walk out.

Bang!

"Oof!" You collide with something hard, only to look up and see those dark eyes staring down at you.

"Conveniently timed, Lawliet," A small chuckle falls from your lips.

He chuckles and nods, "I suppose so... I can come back later, if you like?"

"Well, if you have no plans, I'm meeting up with Kiba-kun for the his family's new years eve party... Drinking posh people and scandalous secrets revealed- you wouldn't believe how fun they actually are."

"Does Kiba-kun and yourself always run a muck everywhere?" Lawliet chuckles.

You nod and chuckle, "Pretty much." After locking the door, you look at him, "You comin' or..?"

"Nahh, I'd hate to intrude."

"You won't be! C'mon, I haven't seen you since Christmas!"

"...Alright."

"Wait... Do you wanna go? I don't want to pressure you into it."

"It's fine- let's go."

"Sure."

It didn't take long to get there as you and Lawliet talk like normally. Eventually, you arrived and the... 'Before party,' shall I put it, was still going- classical music. The raven boy blinks, "Did I miss sarcasm when you said it would be fun?"

"This is the party before the party- to maintain 'face' as they say."

"Ahh," He nods and looks around. People were dancing like in Disney movie, and many faces you actually recognise- ohh my gosh was that-

"Is that Jonny Depp?!"

"I thought so too!"

"Keith Lemon?!"

"Fern Cotton!"

"Harry Styles? Gross..." (I'm not a directioner, excuse me.)

"Mashashi Kishimoto!" (Creator of Naruto.)

"No way, where?!"

"There!"

"Kazue Kato!" (Creator of Blue Exprcist.)

"Hiromu Arakawa!" (Creator of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.)

"So many manga artists~!"
