DARK FOREST (1)

Sakura gaped at the place the intruder disappeared from. She was embarrassed as she remembered his amber eyes that were enchanting as well as fierce. When her mind was cleared of the intruder, she noticed a small bottle few steps ahead of her. Sakura used her golden eye to detect the contents of the bottle. The intruder was not heartless after all, Sakura thought. Her suspicions were raised after she thought that if the intruder was not here to harm her than what was the purpose of his arrival. Her pondering was interrupted as she heard footsteps coming towards her courtyard. Sakura sensed it was her father.

Sakura quickly grabbed the small bottle and hid it inside her clothes.

''What happened here? Are you fine? 'her father asked worried to the point that Sakura could see wrinkles on his forehead.

''Father, the tree just crashed down and I got some injuries. It is nothing serious,'' Sakura replied nervously because she felt guilty lying to him.

''What!!!You got hurt. Let me see your injuries, "he pulled her towards him and started examining her injuries.

Sakura got emotional sensing her father's concern for her well being.

''It is okay father. I will apply some medicine to the wounds after I return to my room," Sakura stressed upon her words. She was not keen on revealing the the small bottle to her father because it will only lead to further questioning.

''Father has not taken enough care of you Sakura, if only I had been with you this incident would not have occurred, 'he stuttered as he spoke, his eyes not able to meet Sakura's.

Sakura was not able to see her father unhappy hence decided to tell him that she was able to cultivate now and with help of a mysterious master she had already reached Starstruck Realm second level. Although it was not fully true it was half-truth that she started cultivating.

On hearing this, her father was filled with joy and congratulated her. He inquired about the mysterious master but Sakura's lips were sealed, not even a word was uttered in front of him. The only thing Sakura said was that the mysterious master would not like to be revealed even if it is for good deeds.

''Father I heard the dark forest is opening in a few days. I would like to enter it to strengthen myself, 'Sakura said seriously.

''Sakura are you sure about your decision? I am not against you going to the dark forest, but there is too much of danger over there. I don't want you to risk your life, "her father replied.

''Father you don't need to worry about me. I can take care of myself. Also, if I am in danger, I will use the teleport talisman and immediately come home. Please father let me go, "Sakura pleaded with her puppy dog eyes.

Seeing her daughter's cute expression Eito gave up and agreed to her request. Sakura felt happy and excited for her first adventure in this new world. She reassured him that she would be cautious and immediately come home if she senses any danger. Though Eito was concerned however, he believed in her. 

As soon as Sakura entered her room, she immediately took the pill which the intruder had given. She felt her wounds healing. In one hours' time each one of her injury had healed. The pill is highly effective, Sakura thought. As an alchemist herself she knew the quality of the pill was very high. Sakura's mind drifted towards the intruder and she felt her heart beat quicken. She stopped thinking about him and focused on her cultivation. Soon after she fell asleep thinking about the dark forest.
