Chapter 10.

I unlock the door of the apartment stepping in, all the memories from the first day of us in this house till the last exploded in my head making it ache, my knees started shaking making it hard for me to stand up strange.

I walked to the bedroom we used to share, a flashback flashed throw my mind when I saw the bed.

"What's wrong?" He asked and I opened my eyes slowly.
"I can't sleep Kieran, it's just...nevermind" I said and he grabbed my chin and lifted it slowly making me look at him.
"What is it?" He asked and I swallowed my saliva closing my eyes for a brief second.
"it's just...I feel like you don't like me that much" I said and he frowned his eyebrows in an adorable way.
"Why do you say that?" He said and I gulped down my saliva feeling it harder to talk.
"You just kiss me, hug me, say you love me but we didn't...you know" I said blushing, thank Godness there was no light in the room so he couldn't see my red cheeks.
"Are you saying that if I didn't make love to you means I don't love you?" He says and I could see his hurt expression throw the dark.
"No, I didn't mean to say that" I said but he silenced me by crashing his lips on mine.
He backed away for us to take a breath.
"You want this to happen today?" He asked me and I shaked my head.
"Then when princess?"he asked kissing my forehead.
"Be spontaneous" I said and he smirked pulling me toward him cuddling.
I inhaled his scent and closed my eyes.
"I love you" he said before I felt asleep.

I walked toward the bed and sat down pulling my bag and opened the zipper and left the things in it to fall down.

I took the so supposed present and looked at it, I was so scared to open it.

I took off the wrapping paper and saw a small note attached to the box.
Happy birthday again my adorable princess, I love you so damn much from the very first day I saw you, I remember that day like the back of my palm, and I want you to share the rest of your life with me, will you marry me?

Tears started forming in my eyes, I opened the book and my heart beat stopped, my breath hitched, my eyes widening and tears started running down my eyes.

It was an engagement ring, it had a little ornamental heart shaped diamond, I looked at the interior and it had the word mine and a K gravelled.

I put it on the finger and started crying.
