(Writing this story is honestly stressing me out right now. Theres so many stuff im missing and keep forgetting to write down. im sorry if some parts are rushed its just hard for me to keep the story in line sometimes, anyways enjoy)

I woke up to a beeping sound. I peeked over to the desk to see my found beeping like crazy. I quickly took it and opened it to see 7 missed calls and 12 messages from my mom. 'Fuck, I totally forgot to tell her that I'm staying over at a friends house' I thought. At first I was hesitant to open the messages but after a while I did. There were loads on messages asking me where I was and that I should come home this instant. 'Why does she even care' I thought as I checked the clock to see that it was 6am. I looked over to my side to see Adora sleeping. I slowly got up and walked to the corner of Adora's room to quickly give my mom a call. 

Catra: Hey mom?

Mom: Hey mom?! is that all you have to say? Where are you know? I've been trying to get to you now for a while!

Catra: Really? 6 in the morning? why do you even bother to care? it's not like you cared when I was home.

Mom: Don't you dare speak to your mother like that! I want you home right this instant or else you'll have to face the consequences. 

She then hung up on me not even giving me the chance to speak back. Anyways I quietly got myself ready and when I was about to leave the floor creaked which made Adora wake up. I quickly tried to get out of the room when she stopped me and said ''Catra?''. I looked back to see Adora now sitting up and yawning. ''What're you doing? It's so early and school hasn't even started yet, come back to bed'' She said and looked at me with her messy hair going everywhere. 'Cute' I thought. ''Sorry, I have to do something important but I'll see you In school'' ''Where you going?'' she asked. ''Ohh umm, I-I just have to pick something up'' I said nervously. ''Huh 6 in the morning? Catra what aren't you telling me?'' she asked more seriously this time. I sighed and said ''It's mom, she wants me home and if I don't get there now hell is going to break loose'' and rubbed my arm. ''Catra, why didn't you tell me? I'll come with you just give me a minute'' she said and stood up. ''No Adora, go back to sleep okay? I'll give you a call when I'm on my way to school'' ''No, I'm coming with you. I don't want anything bad to happen when you get home'' she said worriedly. ''Adora no. I don't want to drag you into this mess, just stay out of it and it'll be fine''I said. ''But, Catra'' she said and came up to me and hugged me which had me taken aback but then hugged her back. ''Now go back to sleep, you idiot'' I said which made her laugh. Making her laugh made my heart skip a beat. Everything about this girl was so different. I've never met anyone like her. ''Okay, I'll see you later then''. ''Yea sure'' I said and broke the hug. I gave her a small smile before I walked out of the room and down to the hall to put my shoes and jacket on. I went out and closed the door and started walking.

'Damn, hell is going to break loose' I thought as I walked down to my house. When I finally made it to my house I let out a small sigh and took a deep breath before walking in. ''Im home!'' I yelled and was about to go upstairs to my room before I felt someone yank me down the stairs which knocked me into the floor. I quickly rubbed my head and looked up to see my mom with a disgusted look on her face. Before I had the chance to get up on my own she grabbed me by the collar and lifted me up and pushed me against the wall. 'shit, she's strong' I thought as I looked into her devilish eyes. ''Your such a disappointed you disgusting child. Can't you do anything right, you useless piece of shit'' she said and threw a punch in my stomach causing me to cough and wince in pain. ''I-I'm sorry'' I whispered as I felt my eyes getting watery. ''Did you really think you could run from me forever? All you do is ruin people's life. You mistaken child!'' she said as she threw another punch in my stomach making me cough up blood. ''Well, you should've thought twice before having me'' I said and spat out blood. ''What was that!'' she yelled and threw me on the floor and started kicking me everywhere. 'I don't know if I can take this anymore, I might as well be dead by now' I thought as I look up to see her distant ass smirk. ''Not so talk active now huh?'' she asked and smirked.
