Days went by, which transformed to weeks and then to months. Pretty soon those months turned to years.
Jin watched from the bed as his human ran from one side to another looking for his neck tie.
"Mr. Handsome, have you seen the blue neck tie? I need it for the interview." The human whined as he trashed the room looking for the blue tie.
Jin took a real good look at the human that he had claimed as his own. He had grown fond of the human with all his weird actics. Jin got up from his spot and went underneath the bed in order to pull out a red neck tie. He meowed and Jungkook turned around to look at him.
"Red? You sure?" Jungkook asked.
Jin meowed again in confirmation.
Jungkook took the tie and wrapped it around his neck and when he was done, he looked at himself in the mirror.
"Do I look good Mr. Handsome?"
Jin looked over at his human from head to toe and meowed in satisfaction. Jin felt his head being caressed by the human.
"Good boy. See you in a couple of hours, hopefully I get the job."
Jin watched his human go and with a sigh he walked to his litter box to do his doing.
Jin's life is peaceful as a cat and now more since he is a domestic cat but for some reason he was beginning to feel tired of his simple life. He wanted to go out just like his human but Jungkook never allowed him outside. Jungkook would pick him up whenever he saw Jin walking towards an opened door and window and bring him inside. Jin had been fine with the over protectiveness at first but now he really craved for a little bit of freedom. He sighed once again and walked to his bowl in order to eat breakfast. Once he was done, he went to sit in the window shelf that Jungkook had installed in order for Jin to look out the window. He layed down and watched the people pass by. He saw the birds flying and he saw his old cat pals pass by. He let another tired sigh. Being a cat was tiresome especially if you didn't have anywhere to go and explore.
The door opened and Jin's little ears perked and moved towards the noise. He turned his head expecting to see Jungkook but to his disappointment, he saw Jungkook's lover and former boyfriend.
"Hey kitty. Did kook already leave for the big interview?"
Jin stared at the human and wrinkled his nose. He didn't like this human. Not one bit. Ever since Jungkook brought this human home, Jin felt like he was being replaced and neglected. Jin wasn't possessive or anything like that, but Jungkook was HIS human and that meant that Jungkook was exclusively his. The only problem now was that Jungkook had brought home a new human and Jin didn't know how he felt about that. When Jungkook had introduced the new human to Jin, he had felt in a way betrayed. Why was Jungkook bringing in another being when he already had Jin?
"Kitty, you ok?"
Jin kept staring at the human and had become lost on his thoughts that he didn't notice the human walking towards him.
" kitty?"
Jin meowed and stood up before the human could touch him. He felt wary with the human and that weariness hadn't left him ever since 6 months ago.
