Aayan's POV:

' Hey Razia, wait! What happened?'
I screamed after her.

'Let's go Aayan. Now.' She called back without looking back.

Confused with the suddenly tensed situation I looked back in the direction of the man standing on the door and then back to Razia who was slowly disappearing into the distance.

' Who are you?' I asked to the man with an unwelcoming frown on my forehead, but he didn't answer and just smiled in a.....evil way?

I don't know what is happening. Razia didn't say anything and didn't even wait for me. It is very awkward. I know she is not going to tell me anything. I wonder what does she have to do with him.

I swiftly headed towards her but surprisingly she had already disappeared, so instead of going directly to home, I decided to visit Asha tai first. There are so many questions buzzing in my head. I need answers. I reached at her place it did not take her a minute to figure out that something is wrong. I have known her only for some days, but it seems that she was always there with me. Now I understand that why Razia is so fond of her.

' What is going on? Why are you alone? Where is Razia?' She asked all in once.

' Tai, Who is that man?' I asked cutting the crap.

' Man? Who man?' She asked frowning, unable to understand.

' Who lives in that Not-so-old-house. Razia said that the place was once a ground where children used to play.

' What? Did he saw....?' She said with wide eyes.

I told her everything that happened and her calm eyes started looking devastated. When I pushed her to tell me she told me that He was Raghav, who tried to rape Razia once and also even tried to buy her to have her as a sex slave. She also told me that it it not only him who was involved but his son Jai as well was with him. She told me everything that happened in the past. I was burning with anger, and rage. Razia told me that once her father tried to sell her, but She never told me the whole thing and now when I know all of that, I am not going to let those bastards go.

I never approved of her helping her so-called father, but now I am surprised and also angry on her. I cannot even imagine how does she do that, masking all the pains with a smile but really it's enough.

'Now, where?' Asha tai asked when I start heading towards the door.

' To greet that bastard.' I said unable to calm myself.

' No.' She simply said, no commanded.

Huh? Are you kidding me? I want to knock their heads right now and you are telling me no?

' Do you think that you can stop me?' I said.

' Yes.' She simply said.

Now, Was it an insult? No, please hit me, goddamn!

' But why? Do you want them to make her life hell? Again? I have seen her suffering from her dark past, and I still can see the hurt in her eyes. I don't want her wounds to be touched again. I want the scars of her past fade away.' I argued.

' I don't think that they can hurt her. Can they?' She asked looking straight into my eyes.

' No the guards are always around us, in casuals, and cannot be identified as well.' I decided to give her the right information about the whole situation.

' Ok, I am not telling you to leave them like that but wait for the right time and use the right method. You have a very important event after three days, atleast focus on that first, then we will decide what to do.' She said.

Ugh! I hate to admit but she is definitely right this time.
So I decided to leave the topic for some time and try to ease the things a bit for Razia.

After some time of chatting with Asha tai, I decided to get back home to Razia. I really wanted to go and be there with her, but I know that she always needs some me-time and I totally understand that.

When I reached back home, Razia was already waiting for me with a mug of coffee. Isn't it crazy that she always know when do I need what?

Anyways, I think maybe she knows that I know. About everything. About her past. So I reassured her with a smile and squeezed her hand and She immediately relaxed and smiled back.

The next 3 days were very busy for us, specially for her. It was all about marching to people's houses and telling them and requesting them about the event, decorations, rehearsals and lots of content writing.
But I must say the girl really arranged all of that really well.

And I was more busy in ensuring that any jerk would not bump into her and make the situation terrible for her. I hope you understand what I mean.
I increased the number of guards around her and tried to keep an eye on her. I know that Right now I am sounding like a jerk, but really I dont care. I want her to be safe.
Tomorrow is the event and finally we will head back home. I just hope everything goes smoothly.
