Razia's POV:
' Aayan! Get up! Someone please pick him up, we have to go to the hospital. fast!' I said panic mounting inside me.
I cannot afford to lose him. His head was ridiculously bleeding.
No god please..... don't let him die, please.
The guards picked him up and we headed towards the hospital.
When we were all tired of looking for him, suddenly, something inside me told me that that he will be at the same place where I was found by Asha tai and Ruhaan 10 years ago, and I was so right.
We found him there unconscious and floating with his clothes ripped. There was a lot of blood coming out of his head, so much that it made the water look red.
We reached the hospital in some 5-7 minutes, but each second was seeming like a decade at that time. My heart was beating fast and my eyes refused to hold back the tears anymore. I didn't even realised that I was sobbing. The doctors took immediate action and he was took to emergency ward.
I called Aashi and told her everything, she immediately left to reach to the hospital but it takes atleast 4 hours to travel from there to this village. I even didn't know that how was I going to face her when I know that I was the reason for this all.
Almost an hour passed but the doctors didn't came out. My stress was increasing with every passing minute. The doctor came out after about 2 hours and told us that he have lost a lot of blood and it is very essential to find someone with 'O negative' blood within 7 hours otherwise he will lose his life.
I immediately sent some of my teammates to go and announce a cash prize saying that whoever with O negative blood will donate his blood will win a handsome amount of cash.
Everyone started to work as I sat beside him on a chair with his hand in mine, studying his features and chanting a prayer for him. Today I wanted to believe god, I wanted him to prove me wrong for the times I said that God was a myth.
After some time Aashi came running into the room and broke down after seeing her son in that condition. He was looking so dead.
Please god, prove me wrong, I want him back. I would do anything.
Aashi also didn't have O negative blood. This rare blood group was inherited by him from his father.
After some time our team mates came back with a weary expression on their faces. I couldn't help myself from crying, I cried like a baby. It was peculiar how all the moments that we spent together- 'that teasing, the times he took my side and fought with me and for me, the times when he believed me more than I believed myself' was playing like a flashback in my head.
The time was slipping from our hands and we were not able to find a single person with the same blood group.
Suddenly, a knock came from the door and I found Ruhaan standing there.
I ran towards him and hugged him and sobbed.' Shhhhhh....sister, I am here now, don't worry, he is going to be Ok.'
' But how? We searched everywhere but could not find the same blood group. It's so rare.' I reasoned.
' Your brother is also rare then Sis.' He said.
The words hit inside me and I saw a new ray of hope.
The doctor came and after the necessary formalities completed, went to work. Ruhaan also went inside. I was standing with Aashi with her arms around me. Asha tai was sitting opposite us.
Actually, she called Ruhaan to tell him everything when she found out that he had the same blood group and within some hours, he was there.
The doctor came out and told us that he is out of danger and we could meet him after 1 hour only as he was given the medication and needed rest.
We went to meet Ruhaan. He was feeling a little weak, but the doctor said that it was completely normal. He asked that how did that all happened and I told him everything. I was feeling so guilty.
Now it was being discussed that how do we punish those two bastards who did all of this. The police had arrived earlier but there was noone who was there at the time of accident and Aayan was not in a state to talk. But they promised to investigate and help as much as they can.
I was just going to get some tea for everyone when doctor told us that Aayan woke up and I stormed towards the room.
' I am sorry Annu,I am so stupid' I said as I reached for his hands.
' hey, you don't talk shit about my Razia.' He said with his lips curling into a smile.
' Idiot! Why did you put your life in danger? You should've hit me hard when I doubted you. I am so bad.' I whispered.
' You know, I can't. I just can't hurt you, you mean the whole world to me because........'
And I cut him with my lips on his, and his eyes widened.
' I love you too. You dumbass.' I said.
' Really?' He said surprised and I just smiled. He hugged me hard even when it hurt him, he did.
' ehem....Now, Can I meet my son?' Aashi grinned.
I pulled away from him embarassed as Aayan pouted and everyone laughed.
I have always hid my feelings from him, even knowing how he feels about me as I was afraid that it might ruin everything that we had but Now, I was sure that nothing can ruin our relationship and noone can part us.
I nearly faced death today seeing him in this condition but not anymore. Those two are going to pay for it.
