A patient came in ER with respiratory distress and 85% oxygen saturation (>95% is the normal). I was about to put a mask hooked to oxygen on her but she rejected. While gasping for air she asked, "May bayad po ba magpalagay niyan?"
Meanwhile, group of people are having the time of their lives after receiving billion in their pockets.
