Remi Mae's POV
I jumped in the bed as the thunder rattled the entire house.
The rain poured against the roof of the house, making it sound like big balls of hail were hitting it.
And the light kept flickering on and off.
" Holy balls." I screamed as the thunder cracked outside.
I don't mind the rain, but the thunder caused some dramatic memories.
Jumping out of the bed, I walked over to the door knocking.
" Hey Jensen. You mind if I come out?" I asked through the door.
No answer.
"Jensen?"
I opened the door looking down both sides of the hall.
His ass left me down here.
Walking out the room, I closed the door walking to the room that all of us girls slept in.
Twisting the door knob, I walked in.
I scrunched my face up in confusion.
They were gone.
All gone.
Closing the door back, I stumbled down the dark basement hall until I reached the stairs. Walking up them I looked around.
Hearing noises coming from the living room, I made my way over there.
My eyes widened as I seen Matrix and him men sitting around with each other, and the girls sitting on the opposite side of the room.
I slowly walked in.
Charlie looked over, standing up.
" Remi what are you doing?" He asked walking over to me.
" Um, walking." I answered.
He took out his little flashlight, flashing it in between both my eyes.
I flinched at the light.
" Charlie, god you just seen me not long ago."
He sighed.
" I know, but it's my job."
I nodded.
" Well make it not your job."
I walked past him, over to where the girls were sitting.
Before sitting down, I made a quick eye contact with Matrix, the conversation from earlier flooding though.
Shaking my head, I sat down next to Devilynn.
" What are you guys doing up here?" I asked.
" It was storming and we couldn't sleep so we snuck up here." Lisa answered.
" And they are allowing this?" I asked nodding to the boys.
The girls all shrugged.
" They haven't forced us back down there, yet." Carmella answered.
The rest of the girls went back to conversating between themselves.
Devilynn looked over to me.
" So what happened?"
I shrugged.
" I was just dehydrated."
She nodded.
