Art not mine.

(Well hello... I totally didn't forget this existed... *awkward staring* Well, jus' take the words I have typed and enjoy them.)

I spent the rest on the morning talking with Tokoyami. We sat on the floor in the corner the whole time and Tokoyami told me that 'if anybody comes toward us that doesn't look perfectly innocent, just look them in the eye. They'll probably run off,' I didnt really get it but did as he said when people came. Tokoyami suddenly stood up and said, "She calls us for lunch right about now..."

A few seconds later Mrs.De Vil's voice rang out. "Gather up you little punks! Time for you to eat! So you don't die and the police shut this place down, or whatever."

I tried to understand her last sentence as I pushed myself up from the ground. I hurried after Tokoyami's fading figure that was starting to get hard to see in the growing crowd of children. I reached my arm out and let my hand fall onto Tokoyami's shoulder when I caught up to him. He turned his head confused before he saw me and sighed.

"Oh, Eri we have set seating arrangements."He said pushing my hand of his shoulder.

"Set what? I jus' wanna sit by you, can I do that still?" I asked, my head cocked to the side. My hair almost reaching the floor as it hung down.

"Eri, it means Ms.Endo has to give you a specific seat to sit in, and she won't mess up the arrangement we have now so..." Tokoyami looked across an area filled with low tables, his eyes flickering across nametags placed in front of most of the chairs.

"You'll probably be placed there." Tokoyami pointed to a bright yellow chair that was almost at the end of the table.

I looked over, curious about the other kids seated next to me. A few kids had gotten their food already and were heading to their seats, but I didn't see anyone going towards my supposed seat.

I turned back to the kitchen counter which had a multitude of plates covering its surface. Each one had a heaping pile of Mac&Cheese, along with a few peas in the corner of the plate. I stood on my tiptoes struggling to reach a plate. Luckily Ms.Endo took pity on me and handed me a plate. She then pointed to the chair I was supposed to go sit in, which just so happened to be the chair Tokoyami thought I would be put in. I thanked Ms.Endo and walked over to my seat. I set my plate down and looked around the table. I lowered myself into my seat and started eating my Mac&Cheese happily.

"Well if I'm gonna sit by her everyday we might as well become acquainted." A familiar voice grumbled.

I looked up and spotted the same glowing orange locks of the girl who dragged Ishiyoru away from me and Tokoyami earlier. She noticed me looking and huffed, "What, is there something on my face?"

"Oh, uh no... I just... you're girl who was with Ishiyoru...?" I questioned, stumbling over my words trying not to offend her.
"Yes." She said, simply staring at me.

"Uhm, o-ok..." I trailed off and leaned away from her intense stare.

"Why were we scared of you again? You look like you wouldn't hurt a fly. All this quirk nonsense but I doubt you'd do anything," She said, sitting down but not letting up her stare.

"On purpose." She added, looking towards her plate and taking a bite of peas.

"Uh, well ok... But earlier you said you would try to be friends with me...?" I changed the subject, not wanting to talk about my quirk.

"Well technically yes, but I specifically said I would get acquainted with you." She corrected.

"Ah, yes... So usually friends talk to each other..." It was starting to get awkward so I looked at my plate and ate some more.

I could feel her looking at me and I shuddered a little,

"Moeru, Moeru Tōhatsu."

"Huh?" I looked up confused.

"My name, dimwit." She grumbled, looking up at me.

"I- I knew your name-" I tried to defend myself.

"I doubt that." Moeru cut me off.

I stared at her, "Ok, maybe I didn't know-"

"You don't need to admit it, but uh... Mrs.De Vil only told us part of your name." She said, looking at me expectantly.

"I'm Midoriya Eri! Glad to meet you Moeru!"

"As expected." She said, finishing her food.

She stood up and walked off silently. She hesitated in front of the group Ishiyoru was in before joining them.

"Interesting..." I whip my head around and sigh when I see Tokoyami.

"You almost gave me a heart attack Tokoyami!"

"Whatever, but did you see Moeru? I didn't think it was that simple to befriend her." He said, watching her curiously.

"You know your fluffy face really messes up the whole serious look you're going for." I commented.

"Eh- Wha? N- no it doesn't! Shut up Midoriya!"

He huffed and turned away, his face red from embarrassment. I giggled and he told me to shut up again. I stifled my laughter and went to throw away my plate. I passed Moeru's group on my way back and I sent her a little wave. She glanced at me and lifted her hand slightly in acknowledgement. I smiled slightly at that and skipped back towards where Tokoyami is waiting for me.

Moeru Tōhatsu huh? Well a friend's a friend. Even if they're kinda cold at first.

Can't wait till I have more friends!

Soooooo... Long time no see friends. How long was it exactly? Multiple months at least... This chapter's also short compared to the last twooo... Welp. I wanted to publish it before the story looked abandoned. Reason why I didn't update:

1. I forgot Wattpad existed.

2. School started.

3. I'm lazy.

4. I got a phone and so I spent a bunch of time on it instead of writing. My bad.

That's all my reasons, don't know if I'm making a big deal out of nothing. But uh hope you enjoyed. That's really all I have to say.

Ba-bye!                                                                                                                                                                                           Author-san out! ᓚᘏᗢ
