As I get down from the car, Alex turns to me, "I'm not feeling very good. So, I'm gonna sit in. Pick her up, I'll be right here."

I guess that's ok.

I give her a thumbs up and walk towards the entrance with Aria.

"Mera!", Winnie runs to me shouting as she spots me coming towards her.

She then turns and to give a once over to Aria, "Who's she?"

"That's my friend Aria", I slowly push Winnie towards her, "Be a nice little girl and say hi."

Winnie shyly gives her a wave and mumbles a barely there hi.

I look behind her and I see Vi standing there with an anxious look on her face.

Winnie sees me looking, "Her brother is supposed to pick her today. But I guess he's late. Yesterday a weird man in a black coat came."

I slowly walk towards Vi.

"Hey... Remember me?"

"Yes! You're Winnie's sister Mera right?"

I turn around for a split second to just keep an eye to Winnie and see that she's happy conversing with Aria.

But then Aria waves me over, "Hey... so my shift starts in 30. I should probably go and drop Alex. You gonna come or wait with your sister's friend?"

I look at Vi.

"You guys go on. We'll catch the bus. I'm gonna stay."

After a hug and promises of candy to the kids, she jogs to her car and leaves.

Winnie rushes over to Vi like she just remembered something.

"Did you ask your mother about the sleepover yet?"

She scratches her little head, "I didn't get to. I don't see my mommy much..."

"Oh. That's alright. I'll see if I can contact your mommy then.", I reassure them.

"It's ok! Just ask my brother when he gets here. I'm sure he'll tell mommy and it'll be fine."

She's just too cute.

They both are.

"Is your brother always this late?", I ask her grinning.

And she starts giggling, "Not always..."

"And now I'm here."

I'm suddenly started by a voice from behind me.

I turn around and guess who it is.

Alaric.

"You're Vi's brother?", I raise an eyebrow at him.

"And you must be Winnie's sister? The new girl? Or should I say Yorkie?"

Ew! What am I? A dog?

"Yeah right Logan."

I now notice that eyes start squinting.

He really doesn't like being called Logan?

The actor playing Percy Jackson was Logan Lerman.

It's a damn good name.
