JORDAN'S POV

It's been a 1 months since the gender reveal appointment and me and Ethan our on our way to the hospital my water broke early and I'm going into labor but this means my baby is going to be premature and that scares me because so could lose him which I don't want I couldn't handle it Ethan grabbed my hand comforting me

"We're almost their." He said as I screamed out in pain but as we got to the hospital the OB on call told me that she would have to preform an emergency C- section because my baby is breach and I would have to go under and Ethan couldn't go back with me as they prepped me

"It's going to be ok Mrs. Connor"

"Choose my child." She looked at me confused

"If something goes wrong save him." She hesitated but then slowly nodded as I was told to count back from 5

"4"

"3"

But after three I drifted off scared for Jacobs life

ETHAN'S POV

Its been hours since they took her in something definitely gone wrong I couldn't handle if either one of them died they are my world then I saw the OB walk out searching for me as I stand up she walked towards me

"Mr. Connor they're both fine your son is in the NICU and your wife is in the ICU." I was relived when I heard the news

"But from a complication in surgery we had to do a total hysterectomy." She told me which token me back because that means that Jordan can't have anymore children

"I'm sorry but would you like to see your son?" She asked and I nodded my head as she showed me to my son and he looked so small I knew he would be small just not this small a tear dropped from my face as I stared at him

"Your so beautiful." I whispered to him as I think how much Jordan wanted to be the first to see his face looking like an angel while he sleeps even with all the tubes connected to him

"We'll have to keep him here until he's big enough to be able to live." The OB said as she left leaving me alone with my son

"Jacob Jordan Connor."

It's been 2 days since my baby boy has been born and just has Jordan woken up and I told her that she couldn't have kids anymore she took it hard but still is trying to get strong enough to go see Jacob

"How is he?" She asked me

"He's doing really good they expect by next month we should be able to take him home

"But we don't even have a crib or anything!!" She stared but I calmed her dow. Saying I'm taking care of it

"I can't wait to meet him." She muttered as a tear fell from her cheek I know she's in pain from not being able to see him but I've been showing her pictures of him but I know she's longing for him

"Soon I promise." I whispered while kissing her forehead
