Seven in the morning and the girls and I were so ready to kick some butt. The makeup artists, head dressers and stylists of the squad were as early as five in the morning, yelling everyone to get up and at least shower, but I still took my time. I have my own crew to doll me up anyway.

"Okay, chop chop girls! Bend a little with your uniform on so we can see if there are some possible wardrobe malfunctions coming."I instructed while still applying for my lipsticks.

Maroon and black color surrounded the whole room, giggling girls and shouting make up artists were also on full. These scenery was normal to me, being in the squad for four years and as a captain for two consecutive years.

It was tiring actually. I've been a bitch to almost everyone. Not really caring for anything but myself, my brother and my bestfriends. I know my team deserved so much, like treating them right and with respect, and I think it wasn't too late for that.

"Hey Kim, maybe you should tone down your make up? It will show your natural beauty more."I said to Kim, she was one of the cheerleaders in my grade. Her eyes widen and though her face was caked with so much blush on, I still saw the red tinting her neck to her whole face.

"T-thanks Lola."She said then grinned at me. She suddenly looked giddy and looked herself at the wide mirror. With the help of one of the MUA, she lower down the color of her cheeks.

I checked more of the squad, from their skin tight cheer uniform, their head dress and make up to their over all look. I never been proud.

Many people may see as as blunt, out of this world chick with attitude problems and shallow but my cheer team was my own baby. And it was my last year. I need to bag the trophy by the end of this week!

"Okay, 20 more minutes and the countdown will start. I want everyone to leave any misunderstanding behind. We are here as a team and we will win this routine as a team! Support our athletes, Riverside Maroons!" I said to the team loudly and they all cheers. They hugged me and I hugged them back.

We walked hand hand with each other towards the underground hallway, leading the hall to the massive olympic sized field, where the event will occured.

Our athlete team was already at the ground when we get there. Seb was surrounded by his team mates, he was giving them a pep talk and I never been so obsessed with his look like this. He looked so good and I am missing him terribly. I can't believed he choose to not telling me anything and not be with me than holding my hand to conquer whatever Christie's been up to.

Seb has a major problem trusting anyone for my safety, that's I'm sure of. He was planning on solving Christie's problem without getting me involve and I really wanted to kick him on his balls for that!

"Stop looking at him like you want to castrate him or something."I heard Bryce nudged me, making me out of my daydreaming.

I rolled my eyes at him.

"I'm not. "

"You are. And you are salivating a little."He said, teasing me. I slap his paddled shoulders making me winched and him laughed.

"Why are you even here? You're supposed to listen to your captain while he talked."I told him playfully.

He hugged me which didn't surprised me. We've come to this terms of pretending to be in a relationship just so I can make Seb jealous. It was a payback for keeping me at the dark. Instead of a kiss, we both agreed to just hug whenever things needed to spice up.

"What? Is he looking?" I asked Bryce. I felt the rumbled of his laughter in my chest, I almost kick him for always laughing. How can this guy be jolly all the damn time?
