Some people need a high five.

In the face.

With a chair.

Ezra's date is Mannex Claus. The same Mannex who used to be a friend of mine, and is Drew's best friend.

Yeah, you know exactly what happened.

I am now sitting in front of Drew, the very same Drew who I dumped a couple of weeks ago. The same Drew who I didn't want to talk to anymore.

I can't believe Ezra! The girl has serious problem, thinking that it was a good idea to pair me up with Drew in this little double date they planned.

I glared to all of them. I mean, I shouldn't, out of courtesy, but they all know me well, I didn't like being trap like this.

"Come on, don't be so grumpy."Ezra pouted at me. Her eyes a little smiling though, too amused of how uncomfortable I am.

"And it's not that bad of idea, really."Said Mannex grinning at me. I almost kick him to his shin.

He snickered loudly, nudging Drew a little, who by the way was staring creepily at me. Like he can't believed I am sitting in front of him. He still looked good though. And I can smell his scent all the way from my seat.

"Whatever. Let us just eat." I said a harshly. This is really a bad idea especially when Logan heard about it.

"You looked really beautiful Lo." Drew said sweetly making Ezra sigh dramatically. I rolled my eyes. I know I am being so rude but I'm not in the mood to play their games, whatever it is.

Drew's an ex. I never do second chances.

"Cut it Drew. We are not getting back together no matter what."I said a matter of factly. He flinched, the hurt showed on his eyes but it's the only way I know how to deal with it. I'm not one to beat around the bush.

"Let's not talk about negative things, alright? And may we please just enjoy the night?" Ezra pouted at me. Mannex looked at her adoringly. I've no idea how the two hit it off. We're from the same circle of friends ever since
and they never showed interest to each other before. And now they looked gross, looking at each other like an old couple.

"Whatever."

Rude or not, Drew's still perfect for a date. He made sure I ate well and was taken care of. From the glass of water to napkins, he made sure I have them at the right time. And when we wasn't tense, he really do have a nice sense of humor.

After an hour, I find myself laughing at what he was saying. It feels weird. I mean, I never hangout with an ex before.

"I need to go to the rest room."I said, lifting my butt from the seat and latching my Louis Vuitton bag. Ezra sit up too, murmuring something about the need to pee which make Drew's face contorted a little while Nex laughed at her.

"The chemistry is still there."Ezra announced the moment we made to the huge comfort room.

I didn't utter a word, not conforming or denying anything.

"You know, I think the two of you can still work it out."She said, reapplying her lipstick.

I didn't answer her, instead I put my bag on the marble counter. "Look for it."I said, then decided to go to the cubicle to do my business.

"I can't believe Nex and I have a lot of common. I mean,he likes red, I like red. He likes mexican food, I like mexican food! I mean, why can't I know any of that before?"She literally scream at me. I snorted.

"That's shallow."I commented and though I can't see her,I know she rolled her eyes at me from the way she was huffing.

"That's not shallow! It's called 'those important little things'. "She answered in a duh tone.
